AC helped us. His customer service was above and beyond! He worked diligently, calling multiple locations to locate a briefcase for us, all while cheerfully handling the busy demands of the store. Never once did he show frustration. He followed up the next day to let me know they found the item and would ship it to our house. We would visit this location again to see AC!

Love this place! The staff is so friendly and I'm always greeted with a big smile! The store runs amazing sales. Always clean, fully stocked with fresh product, and if they don't have what you are looking for, they offer to help you find it online!

Upon entering I was greeted promptly. The staff was friendly as well as helpful. I looked around for a while to find a handbag that fit my needs. As well as a wallet that coordinated.I appreciated having someone to help me who had product knowledge. It made my shopping experience more efficient. They knew what they had and where to find it. Which leathers matched which handbags. They have a decent variety of Handbags and Wallets in various sizes. They carry Shoes and Clothing as well. I was able to find exactly what I wanted. I left with a purse and wallet and I look forward to returning in the future.

I saw some reviews about the staff being rude and was a little reluctant to go to this location, but I had an opposite experience. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were great and the store had a good selection.

Kaitlin was extremely helpful. She approached me as soon as I walked into the store and helped me find everything I was looking for. I would definitely shop here again. The sale prices were great. The store was also very clean.

Salespeople talking amongst themselves acting too busy and bored with you to help. If i could give less stars, I would. I was shopping there just before Christmas and the staff was falling all over themselves to help. What a change in just a few weeks.

Replace to staff. We went there yesterday. 3 employees danced at the exits. Watch videos at there phone and don’t take Care Customer questions and needs.Unbelievable.... why should we spend so much money there. Tanger provided a 20% coupon on 1 single item. Was not acceptabled in store!! We left and spend our money at other stores.
