Wow, my husband and I walked into this store Monday on a fluke and were amazed at the excellent selection and excellent customer service (I'm embarrassed to say that I did not make note of the name of the wonderful saleswoman who helped us, but she had purple hair and was awesome!). We were looking for good quality, sturdy, hiking shoes and that's exactly what we found. People complain that they think the prices are too high, but the fact is that you really do get what you pay for. Realistically, your feet are important enough to warrant spending the extra money for quality, especially since it's quite likely these shoes will last a long time. I highly recommend this store and their staff. We are definitely going to be repeat customers.

I should be a rep for MerrellI endorse and proudly wear them [over 30 pair] always.I get frequent compliments on them and gladly point them in your direction but we need a Merrell outlet closer to Rochester Hills, maybe at Great Lakes Crossing!!I drive to Birch Run or Tangers in Howell just for your store.

My husband has a very hard time finding good shoes that last. We purchased a pair of Merrells at a different sporting goods store that have lasted a good while but were in need of replacing. They had the ones he wanted, at a better price I might ad, and got 2 pairs because of the buy one get one 1/2 off deal! The sales lady was very nice and helpful!

Return policy is no good. It states in ad can return. This is bull. I have been trying for over a week to get a pair if boots returned.

This is my favorite shoe brand. However I went to this store 3 times at tanger outlet, and nothing. It seems each store has different product selection. The one in Birch Run outlet is way better, I will stick with that one.

I love Merrell shoes! This place always has a special of sorts going on. Good quality footwear. I have many Merrill socks (the wool blend) that are over 10 years old and still comfortable as ever
