As always this pharmacy is Excellent! Sava runs a great department! Got two vaccines today and Marwa was fantastic, great personally and so kind and empathetic. Very professional as well!! As always Sheehan is so friendly. These guys work so hard for the public and deserve our appreciation. Way too go Howell!!

Absolutely awful customer service, these employees need a major training session or they simply need to start fresh. They have an employee who has absolutely no problem violating HIPAA laws. Hope they’ll actually do something about this but odds are from some of the other reviews I’ve seen is that they won’t. I’ve been to countless other pharmacies and I’ve never been treated with so little respect. Odds are it’s the same lady who was rude to countless other customers below, but what does Meijer care, they’ll make their money anyway. I work in marketing and know how crucial reviews are to business so I can guarantee I would not be leaving this type of review unless it was truly deserved. Which it is.

Had a really good experience yesterday. We have been using Meijer pharmacy for a years and have been satisfied with the service, price, etc. Yesterday the team was particularly vibrant, kind, and helpful. They seemed to get along and have fun together and it made for a really nice experience from a customer perspective.

Worst pharmacy in Livingston Co. beyond incompetent. Tried to ask the tech if my daughter had any refills and she was snarky and rude and said “I guess I’m too stupid to know” was then sent to the pharmacist “Penny” where the tech clearly got her (lack of) customer service skills from who was equally as rude and uninformed and said I hurt the girls feelings because I asked if my daughter Rx had any refills!?! Seriously!!?? Isn’t that their job? Beyond ridiculous experience. I just wanted my kids prescriptions refilled and all I got was two condescending, rude employees who could NOT have cared less about my child or her refill.

The staff couldn’t care less about your prescription or your health, this should be zero stars but wasn’t an option. Just go to Walmart across the street, thank me later.

I just transferred my prescriptions from a different Meijer to this Meijer because I am moving and it was a great experience! I had to hold on the phone for a few minutes but after that the employee on the phone was very helpful. I was able to get all my prescriptions transferred and she let me know which ones would take longer because they would need to be ordered. I think a lot of the negative posts on here are due to the fact that the pharmacy is very busy and short staffed. Patience is a must when it comes to pharmacy pick up.

I'm disabled and can't drive. I recently found out that of my critical prescription might run so I called my Doctor to get a new prescription. The roads were snowy and icy. I found out that Meijer now allows delivery to my home. Once the prescription was filled I just called my local pharmacy to have them deliver the prescription. I was a Godsend.

This Meijer pharmacy in Howell is fabulous! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. My questions are always answered promptly, and I never wait on hold. All in all, great experiences!

Pharmacy offers great pricing and some free prescriptions. Very nice selection of fresh foods at good prices. Store is well organized and clean.

Very clean and well stocked. Produce is very fresh. The pharmacy is exceptional! I called several Meijer stores from Flint to Brighton, Whitelake to Northville and not one had the thx I needed. BUT the pharmacy at this store went over and beyond finding me what I needed, phoning the company that produces it, and I had it the very next day.

Drive thru and in store lines are always long and staff could care less. Staff has no clue what they’re doing and are rude. Medications are always out of stock on a monthly basis and plan to wait a day for them to order them. Excuses and more excuses. Go elsewhere!
