Having just purchased my condo, Lowe’s became a home away from home. The prices are excellent however, you do need to know what is a deal and what is not.

Very disappointed in the Howell location , after church today my wife and I decided to go the Lowe’s of Howell to purchase our annual outdoor items, grass seed, a few plants,20 bags of mulch, etc. As we were heading out to pay my wife spotted a mini blooming tree with a sign that read”Potted plants and trees in this section 50%off through July 17th. She found one she liked and added it to our many other items. At check out the lady ringing us up stated that it was not 50% off, someone must have put it in the sale area. I then walked over and showed them the sign but still would not honor the price, I asked for the manager, his name was Steve, he said nope not 50% off with no remorse for the customer spending $480.00. Very disappointing experience, we remodeled our home a few years back spending 15k at Lowe’s for supplies and never had any issues at all, sad day at Lowe’s of Howell, Mi, and Steve could use a refresher course in customer service.

Terrible customer service had a digital receipt would not accept it and the product I bought didn't work correctly they wanted to give me a store credit won't use it since the service is difficult.

I stopped in to pick up items to renovate my grandchildrens' swings et. The folks in the hardware and lumber were most helpful. However, they did not compare to the ladies (Amber, Lin) at the checkout who went above and beyond to assist me with sale items, items w/o barcodes, and ensuring everything was properly scanned. This had to be the most fun trip to a DIY that I have ever had. Special kudos to Amber, who recently graduated from Lowes U. Lowes is lucky to have her on their team.

I went there on a Thursday morning @11. There were no lunmber carts available, The 2x6x10 treated were not marked for size or price, and the bricks I needed were not in stock eventhough the website claimed they were. Lowes management clearly has dropped the ball again. There are competitors not far from this Lowes location. What use to be my go to store is slipping away.

The Customer Service Attendant that was there during MY visit was extremely helpful. He took the time to search for the part that I needed, and to my surprise, and amazement, He found it! I wish I remember his name, so that I could say thank you, AGAIN! The staff there are always so willing to help!

Was standing in line at the Garden Center Register when the Cashier suddenly left. No statements or any indication why. She left the 4 separate customers just standing in line. So we all move to the back of the very long only open line. 15 min later She returned to a 3rd cashier station took one person and left again! Soon a 3rd person opened Register 2 again but instead of taking the group that got abandoned she took people from the front of line 1. We were told to move from 3 to the back of line one again and after 35 min in line we where finally checked out.
