Not sure what the guys problem was, but he had a really stank attitude. I will go back to get his name another day. I will not buy anything from this location, period. If you like being treated like trash, or like watching other get treated poorly, bring some popcorn and find this dude's schedule.

Update: October 22. I have lowered my review to two stars now. I have been in this store 3 times since my original review about a month ago. Every time I go inside, there is one person working and all the others are standing around the register. I asked her name today, her name is Dani. She is always so helpful. She happens to be black, all the non working employees are white, what's going on here Levi's? Is racism a thing within your company culture or just this store? I will not return, I have friends that happened to be "colored" as I heard one employee say. I will certainly spread the word. What a shame.Love Levi's, I try to go to the outlet mall whenever I'm in town. My experience is usually amazing. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for one employee. I think his name was Sam. I would advise that you lay off the powdered doughnuts while at work. They seem to make you a little gittery and anxious. Not to mention, he seemed annoyed and really lacked any professionalism at all. Probably wanted to get back into those powdered doughnuts.

Was in on 13-May-22 late afternoon and was greeted with a smile and welcome greeting I started looking for a pair of jeans a very nice young lady helped me find what I was looking for and showed me dressing room. I ened up with two pair of jeans. Great service. ? ??

Great Levi’s store at the Howell outlet mall. Store was modern, clean, and well stocked. The prices were a bit high but some items were marked down and more reasonable. Good quality.

Friendly staff! Didn't have the size I wanted, but associate was totally willing to look in back for them. Still didn't have them so she offered to order them for me, so they are coming to my house with no shipping. Can return them to the store if they don't work out which is perfect for me!

Best thing is the crosandwich and coffee shop. A bit expensive but this entire mall is badly overpriced. Get the same merchandise for 60% less online or at Target. Good to miss the whole thing.
