I used to sell/purchase clothing here years ago when the former owners were in charge. I do not care for the way they operate now. It is still a nice shop to visit if you're just browsing for some nice finds, but I will never use them to sell any of my items again.

This used to be my favorite consignment shop in the Brighton/Howell area, but the new owners have totally ruined it but turning it into basically a wedding resale shop. You need an appointment for consignment and the staff is rude and unfriendly. This is so sad.

Went in there today, my friend with me asked the sales lady how much the Chanel sunglasses were, but instead of giving us the price of the non Chanel glasses, she gave us prices of 2 non Chanel purses, that neither of us was interested in, she clearly chose not to hear what my friend asked for!! Won’t go back there
