Every time I've been to this Kroger, there's never any employees in the deli department. Every one of these times I've had to track someone down to call someone to the deli. Today I sat at your counter for more than a half an hour with no employees to be found. Like I have in the past. I tracked someone down who called over the PA for someone to come to the deli, 15 minutes later and still no one's there. I speak with the manager and she tells me that they're probably on break, I explained I've been sitting at that counter for over half an hour and no one's been there. It's like I was given the "oh well what are you going to do" routine. I guess Kroger does hour-long breaks without coverage if that's the case. This may be one of the worst Krogers I've ever been to. The employees don't seem to care about their customers and the managers don't seem to care that the customers can't purchase products because there's no employees available to get them.

I love Kroger, but this location is rough. Immediately could tell it wasn’t kept up when I walked in. Definitely worth the drive down to Brighton ?

Always a good experience, get the Kroger card if you plan to be a regular, it does make a good difference.

Thank you to the store manager Doug and also Stacey from corporate in Novi. Hartland Kroger is donating 200 loaves of bread for Gleaners and Ganhs "Dough for Donations " bread drive! We are a very fortunate community to have such wonderful support for our local Gleaners foodbank! ❤️
