I was in my way home to Detroit and my check engine light flicked on. I pulled over in Howell and called AAA. Which was a complete waste of time. I got on Google and Kiefer came up as a top option. I gave them a call and they had someone on the way to pick me up. The price was more then reasonable to get a 50 mile tow. They really helped me out. Thank you.

Kiefer automotive is the best. I was in an accident and very distressed and scared. I have been taken advantage of as a single woman when it comes to car issues in the past. I called Karl Kiefer and he calmed me down, told me what to do, and came got my car. He worked with the insurance company and made sure I got my car back asap. It looks fantastic and I am eternally grateful for Kiefer Automotive. Highly recommend.

Took up two whole lanes and blocked traffic to tow a car that could have been put in neutral and moved to a safer location. Almost hit the car in front of me.

Amazing place I will be coming here for any service. I had a broken taillight and I didn’t have the tool to pop it out. Took the new taillight to them and they put it in for me for FREE!! Such good people !

Ray showed up within a reasonable amount of time. He communicated with me from start to finish. We struggled to locate the gear to lower the spare but he didnt quit and we found it. Very polite and saved the day.
