I worked with H and R block master tax advisor Kimberly Holman,She helped me through a very difficult time, when I found out I owed more than I thought to the IRS, but she made it easy for me to print up voucher and all I needed was my money orders when I got them. But she definitely went out of her way to help me , and I truly appreciate that, and all her extra effort in my tax crisis,LOL.Been with H and R block as a customer, was never impressed during that time, but this last experience left a lasting impression,will be requesting Kimberly Kohlman next year, thanks for all your help.

Karen was awesome as always, friendly and fun. Everything was great, just the cost is a little high. But if you have a difficult tax year, definitely worth it .
