It just happened by chance, I have a new vehicle and was very apprehensive to go into an automated car wash. I had always seen the Jax but had never tried it out. I had some micro scratches on my hood as well that I was highly concerned with as I've been doing it myself in the spray wash. Having said that not even knowing that they were doing free car washes that day I pulled in. Again I didn't know it was free wash day so as I'm going to pay an employee ran over and said I got you. The gate lifted, I went through and after the wash was completed I pulled my car over to see how it looked. The micro scratches were gone, the car looked fantastic, and it was the best wash I've ever gotten. Maybe it's their equipment, I don't know as I'm no car wash expert but needless to say I called them same day and signed up for a membership. That premium wash was fantastic! I'm looking forward to continued success with Jax in Howell!

Absolutely ?, only had 1 complaint and it was due to mechanical failure. Was fixed before my next wash.

I’ve been going to Jax’s car wash in Howell Mi for quite awhile. The employees are fantastic, very polite and helpful. The managers are very professional and friendly always willing to help out whenever they can. I’ve seen the managers actually washing cars with their employees which is very impressive. I would highly recommend Jax’s car wash.

Unfortunately they asked you if you want your tires done you pay for them and they never use that sprayer stays on the wall no one does your tires but otherwise it sure is shiny better than any other car wash

I tried this car wash out, and all it did was scratch my car. I talked to this manager named Mike, and he was very disrespectful and mean to me and the other customers in front of me who also had complaints. Never coming to this car wash again. Go somewhere, don't give them your service.

Overall very poor experience. I had waited in line about 30 minutes, before they got to me and when they did it was horrible. All the brushes were extremely dirty and left streaks all over my windows, which i then had to clean myself after leaving. the car was extremely streaky the only reason i gave it 2 stars was because the guy did "detail" my car. He pretty much just gave the floors a vacuum. He didnt clean anything else.

Talked to one of the managers, his name i believe was Mike (started with an "M"). Very weird, dont come here unless you want his buggy eyes staring at you. Very unpleasant experience.
