Picked up a nail in the tire and when no one would help, Joe stayed late on a Friday night and made sure we were safe and back on the road. Thanks again and highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time I’ve called Here after hours needing help and he answered the call. I work Construction and get out sometimes at dark. Both times it was after 8 pm and the man helped me. Joe is an amazing person who went the extra mile to get me back on the road. Once a flat tire that needed to be mounted on a different rim to a busted exhaust just the other day. Joe does things that service stations used to do in the past. He goes the extra mile to get you back on the road!! Thanks again Joe!! You are the last of a dying breed my freind!! God Bless!!!

Got a flat on my way up north. Called here they recommended a great tow truck service and when the tow truck realized they couldn’t help me with the flat they took me here on a Sunday night where he changed my flat for a reasonable price and in a timely manner!

Joe was able to help several of my neighbors who were all stuck on an icy dirt road. No other towing companies were willing to help given our road issues but Joe and his colleague got the job done safely and at a cost that was extremely fair!

Very expensive towing. Plus they added a 100 dollar fee for getting it out of the ditch, even though it is no difference if you hook it up on the road or slightly on the side of the road. Same work but they get you. It's not like it was far in the field.

I just wanted to thank you for flying the American flag so high & prominent! Headed southbound on US23, I saw it about a mile or so away, high above all the trees. Spectacular!

Joe is a great man, what can I say? If you need any car services, call him! He will come help you! Ignore the reviews from years ago…. Great, honest guy who works probably way harder than he should!!We started a drive out to frankenmuth on Saturday, and began to have issues on the freeway. It was divine intervention that we pulled off onto the exit that we did. There was an autozone right there, we pulled in and pulled up google. Hartland towing & garage was the first place we called and the last place we needed to. Joe was to us at AutoZone within 30 minutes. Took him 10 seconds driving to know what was wrong. We followed him to his shop down the road and waited for a ride. He had our car done and fully repaired by 8:30 sunday evening. When we picked it up, he showed my husband where all my fluids were, how to check them, and what they should look like. He also offered us a set of used tires for our vehicle (which we happened to be looking for) for a good deal, and offered to hold them until our next paycheck as well. From our experience, this shop is run by a very hard working, honest family man. I may be from out of town but I will 100% make the drive to use his services again.

Car started having trouble mid afternoon on a long drive, needed help before I could get back on the road. They stuck around awhile after hours to finish the repairs for me. I was back on my way and made it home that night thanks to their efforts. If I lived anywhere nearby, I'd definitely use their services again!
