“On 6/29/24- my mom and I went into Home Depot and we encountered Zach. It was his first day in the paint department. My family has been through a great loss recently. Zach actually made my mom smile, laugh, and even crack some jokes. He was so kind and courteous. For it being his first day in paint he was knowledgeable and when he didn't know something he wasn't afraid to say it. “I stopped in to pick up items to renovate my grandchildrens' swings et. The folks in the hardware and lumber were most helpful. However, they did not compare to the ladies (Amber, Lin) at the checkout who went above and beyond to assist me with sale items, items w/o barcodes, and ensuring everything was properly scanned. This had to be the most fun trip to a DIY that I have ever had. Special kudos to Amber, who recently graduated from Lowes U. Lowes is lucky to have her on their team.
