Went in for a trim and to have the sides cleaned up. Was talked out of cleaning up the sides and had to ask for sideburns to be trimmed after apron or whatever was removed. Seemed like an inconvenience. Ultimately left feeling a little flush and like I got duped... Real bummer. I was the only customer at the time so not sure what the rush was. Super disappointed.

Worst hair cut I have ever received. My hair is so chopped up and butchered, it can't even be fixed. Would NEVER recommend this place!!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing experience. I think it was Suzanne who washed my hair (I just came in for a wash). Online check in was easy, I was greeted when I came in, and my hair wash was SO GOOD.

Just got the best haircut ever last Saturday! The few times before that were just ok seems like hit or miss on who you get. I’m going to try and go back to the same lady from now on.

Never go here! Walked in and told the old lady I just wanted a small trim to clean it up. She chopped 2 inches off the top and when I told her that’s enough off the top she told me “just let me do what I can and you’ll like it” what kind of hair stylist says that. $26 to have this old lady to put me in a seat for 2 minutes. Absolutely horrible service

I went there today to get a trim, which the price for a simple trim of less than an inch is over priced, but anyway, I walk in and all the workers looked up and looked at me, then went back to doing their thing, didn’t say hi, welcome, or someone will be right with you, I sat down, still no one said a word, so I got up and left!! In and out in 30 seconds!! It takes 1 second to say hello!! Customer service is terrible

This review is directed at only one employee by the name of Suzanne. I sat down in Suzanne's chair, showed her a photo of what I was going for. I started to explain how my hair was cut the last time and she started to argue with me. I was physically pulling my hair out to the sides so I could show her the length and asked her to look at me straight on, so she could see. She continued to stand at my side and said "Okay, you are right." Then proceeded to swipe the clippers into my hair, going much higher up the side of my head than what I wanted, making it impossible to get the cut I wanted. When I reacted in a negative manner, she took the cape off of me and told me someone else can cut my hair. In my 51 years on this planet, I have never had an experience like this at a salon. Thankfully Danielle stepped up and took care of me.
