“On Friday, Sept. 19th, I had my TPMS come on my Tacoma, so I decided to pull into Mugg & Bopps, ( Oak Grove location ) and within 2 minutes I had a completely flat Tire / giant hole… While trying too handle the situation, a Gentleman, ( Ricky / Head Kitchen Mgr. ) came out and proceeded to help me changeout my Tire ordeal—truly unexpected and mostly appreciated… Yes, there’s still great people amongst our Society—Thanks again Ricky, Billy…”

“This Speedway is one of our morning stops. I don't drink coffee but I see there's always fresh pots going. Breakfast food is typically available. The staff is always polite and happy, which for me is a big deal. Restrooms available and typically clean.”
“Been going here for years, always fast kind service and well stocked on lots of drinks and snacks. They sell liquor and alcohol here as well as ciggerates, gas, ice, they have a restroom and ATM. They also have candy and little Debbie items. They have slushy machine and coffee as well as some warm food choices.”

“Was traveling and not in my area and needed directions. The short guy with a beard had customers in the location at the time and politely told me he would help me when he finished the line of customers. Once he finished, he went outside with me and explained the two driveways of the store and how to get onto the highway from there and which lanes to stay in. He pointed out the light on the corner of the store and go go through it and stay in the right lane towards lansing. Very helpful and polite. I'm moving to this area and will definitely be back just because my experience was amazing.”

The night staff was beyond amazing—they didn’t just help us with a jump start, but also welcomed us inside to warm up while we figured things out. “Fantastic option for groceries in Howell where Food stores are limited and there sure isn't a whole foods or a Plum Market. I am a celiac suffered who was once a foodie of greater depth. I have reduced the wheat to zero cutting a fraction of meal types from my diet. When I search for and review grocery stores my impression points are; how easy is it to find the healthy foods, get questions on healthy choices from meaf, deli, and produce, and whether the selection is adequate for a grocery store in the modern day. Vg's has an abundance compared to other local stores; they are knowledgeable compared to other stores and they are the ONLY place to find many bread items, many GF brands like UDI's and Annie's, and offers a wholesome looking produce section also and be within the city limits of Howell.”

“If you want gas, snacks or refreshments in Howell, this is the place. It was fairly busy but the staff kept it moving along. A large variety of snacks and convenience store items and large aisleways. More varieties of Mt. Dew than I've seen in awhile as well as a few other brands. I stopped here for the restroom after a day trip and bought some drinks. The smaller one closer to downtown isn't attached to Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins so that may be why. Gas prices are comparable. Store is clean.”

“This bp car wash and gas station deserve a higher rating ! Hands down best car wash ever they do so good before ya go in. And the guy was so nice that took my card gave me a discount they do for there customers on weds.Car looks amazing they changed it up in there . Super friendly staff at wash and in gas station the lady was so sweet and welcoming asked if I needed help made sure I got what I wanted . Don’t remember her name dark hair younger I’ll deff be going here more ??”

“Just move to he area and have found this to be my go to gas and car wash station. The employees in the store are always nice and willing to help. The car wash attendant is always a pleasure to deal with. The pre-rinse/window scrub service they do before he car wash is an amazing added bonus. Keep up the good work!”

“I stop in here often since I pay with cash; the store is clean and well stocked, and they have good coffee. It would be a lot nicer if they got rid of the cashier with no people-skills and a bad attitude...and who is always way too loud. Last time I was in there she was having a full-on conversation (while dropping F-bombs) with her co-worker who was trying to ring me up. Another time she was filing her nails when I got up to the counter and it took her a few seconds before putting the nail file down to do the sale. Just because you work behind a gas station counter doesn't mean you get to act unprofessional and trashy. No one wants to hear every detail of your personal life.”
