Great service, communication and work! And they were very affordable compared to multiple other quotes I received.Getting the parts took awhile but they ordered it directly after I approved the quote while I sat there.Manufacturing and shipping delays are NOT their fault at all. I see a lot of reviews all over the internet where people are faulting service companies for long wait times but just know that they are probably just as frustrated as you are and they have NO control over the current situation of the supply chain.

True professionals, my vehicle had excessive damage from bumper to bumper along the entire passenger side. Franklin lined it up perfectly and everything is as clean as can be. They are the epitome of a small, family owned business that truly takes pride in workmanship and customer service. I couldn't be happier with the total customer service package that Franklin provided starting with complete management of the insurance claim, clear communication of delivery (battling parts delivery / availability from OEM) and most importantly the extremely high quality of work.
