I went to the Howell location, the girl at the desk seen annoyed as I walk in the door. I asked for money from my account, it was a large sum, she verified me and asked me how I wanted that, I responded a cashiers check please, was told I should have told her that before she started this, I replied, you just asked me how I wanted that? Walked over to a machine took my pretty large amount of money and put it down in front of me, never counted it or gave me an envelope, I of course counted it and used 3 envelopes! This was the worst banking experience ever! This girl needs a new job, she should NOT be working with the public! And I may be taking that out and moving on…don’t need all out rudeness!

Extremely slow, they have multiple people working but only one person helping customers. No matter what you have to plan on being at this branch for 20 minutes untill you get any sort of help.

I was told I would get my check after 30 days when I closed out my account, now it's 90 days apparently. Get it together on the same page before you tell people they'll get THEIR money in 30 days. Will not bank here ever again.

Went to get cash and even though I had more than enough in my account they said max cash withdrawal inside was 1500.00. What a joke, can't get out you own money.

Your customer service sucks...there is no other customer but they dont assist me...Im the only one and they were two cashiers. The one infront of me her name is Birgit or Brigit..she never greeted me...say nothing pretend she is busy.

Even though I enjoy the friendliness of the banking staff, it is a very uncomfortable experience when the desk staff verbally tell you your account balances in front of other customers, even when asked to write it down rather being told. This is private information, and other banks that I have used have always written this down rather than being verbal. Please correct this. Privacy is necessary. This is not the first nor second time this has occurred. If it is not corrected I may have to seek my business elsewhere. Thank you.

Nobody answers the phone. When you go in everybody is in an office on their cell phones checking emails or social media. The new manager acts like she is to busy to handle our business. All the employees that left made this location very disappointing to go to.

Wanted to charge 90 dollars to cash a check that was written to me by one of their customers that has an account there. Don't see why it would cost money to cash a check from an account you hold. Oh. But i could waive that fee if I open an account! Yes, phenomenal tactic for business recruitment. Garbage.

Awful experience. Charged a hidden transaction fee, for a purchase. The order ultimately was cancelled, but they refuse to refund the fee. Closing my account today. Never have these issues with my Chase account.
