The worst customer service ever. Purchased a couch and love seat back in October. Received confirmation for delivery, only issue is we only received the love seat with no explanation. Fine we will wait another two weeks. Today we were supposed to receive the couch between 2-5, no call no show. Called oh they forgot to load it on the truck you have to wait a week because we have no other deliveries available. Now they don't have the couch until the end of November!!!! Horrible company, do not purchase
