Guy called me a minor because he was lazy and didn’t want to fix his check out machine, sorry excuse for an employee if you’re going to have employees sell alcohol you should teach them to tell a fake better. I had a license from another state and he didn’t want to take it because we ruined his conversation with his co-worker. Ruined my girlfriend’s day.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This pharmacy is pathetic! Says prescription will be ready after 6:00 pm but then is not until next day. THEN they didn't read prescription correctly and gave us completely wrong items in gauge of needles then couldn't get correct ones needed for ANOTHER two days. Exactly how hard is it to read a prescription correctly and not what you think should be given.

CVS pharmacy in Howell sucks. It's impossible to talk to the pharmacy. All you can do is leave a message or get caught in and endless prompt circle. When they do call back, if you miss tha call, they don't leave a message so then you have no choice that'll to start the process over. When you do speak to someone they are in such a hurry they barely hear you and they are rude. I switched to Walmart pharmacy and it's great. You can always call and talk to someone. They are friendly and helpful. And 9/10 the price is less.

This is the hardest pharmacy to try and get ahold of a person on the phone, their service is absolutely the worst that I have ever dealt with I will be getting my family's prescriptions transferred over to Meijer where you can get in touch with someone when you have an emergency and the cost are lower. I do not and will not recommend this store to anybody, not a big surprise that so many stores have been closed down.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever had experience of being a customer at. When the CVS closed at 59/Latson, the overflow customers were sent to the Grand River location. This has led to very long wait times - regardless if you go into the store or the drive thru. Today, I waited 45 minutes and then got to the window to be told my prescription was not ready. Even though I’ve been receiving text messages for a week regarding the script being available for pick up. The woman at the drive thru was very rude and told me, “if you come in, by the time you get in it will be ready”. Then why can’t I just wait here for 2 minutes?? I asked to speak to a manager who was even more useless. Meanwhile, I’m still at the window and receive a text that my medicine is ready for pick up. ???!! I asked to receive my order and was told to get back in line. Unreal. I plan to transition all of my scripts to another pharmacy. Ridiculous service and terrible experience.

Verbiage Issue.
When asked if I wanted a series of vaccines, I respectfully declined, the cashier remarked "Refusal ". Just a reminder to CVS management, I go to CVS by choice, however, there are plenty of competitors I can easily go to. Change your verbiage its simply insulting to put words in my mouth.

This pharmacy is the only one open late nights, ul miles. They are super busy and the staff could not be more pleasant or kind! For every person in line they were friendly, Did their best to expedite our prescriptions. I wish I would have written down the names of those working, but it was Sunday evening, May 5, 2024. No matter how much each of those persons make, they all deserve raises! They made me start feeling better before I even got my prescription. ?

I don’t even want to leave one star. On 2/8/24 my gf and I pulled up to get her prescription at 1:23 there was a truck infront of us by the time it was our turn it was 1:32 and the lady slapped the lunch sign in the window. We were there in line before 1:30 and could have easily helped us especially since they pride themselves on Customer Service. You want to keep losing customers this is how you do it.
