This is the hardest pharmacy to try and get ahold of a person on the phone, their service is absolutely the worst that I have ever dealt with I will be getting my family's prescriptions transferred over to Meijer where you can get in touch with someone when you have an emergency and the cost are lower. I do not and will not recommend this store to anybody, not a big surprise that so many stores have been closed down.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever had experience of being a customer at. When the CVS closed at 59/Latson, the overflow customers were sent to the Grand River location. This has led to very long wait times - regardless if you go into the store or the drive thru. Today, I waited 45 minutes and then got to the window to be told my prescription was not ready. Even though I’ve been receiving text messages for a week regarding the script being available for pick up. The woman at the drive thru was very rude and told me, “if you come in, by the time you get in it will be ready”. Then why can’t I just wait here for 2 minutes?? I asked to speak to a manager who was even more useless. Meanwhile, I’m still at the window and receive a text that my medicine is ready for pick up. ???!! I asked to receive my order and was told to get back in line. Unreal. I plan to transition all of my scripts to another pharmacy. Ridiculous service and terrible experience.

Verbiage Issue.
When asked if I wanted a series of vaccines, I respectfully declined, the cashier remarked "Refusal ". Just a reminder to CVS management, I go to CVS by choice, however, there are plenty of competitors I can easily go to. Change your verbiage its simply insulting to put words in my mouth.

This pharmacy is the only one open late nights, ul miles. They are super busy and the staff could not be more pleasant or kind! For every person in line they were friendly, Did their best to expedite our prescriptions. I wish I would have written down the names of those working, but it was Sunday evening, May 5, 2024. No matter how much each of those persons make, they all deserve raises! They made me start feeling better before I even got my prescription. ?

I don’t even want to leave one star. On 2/8/24 my gf and I pulled up to get her prescription at 1:23 there was a truck infront of us by the time it was our turn it was 1:32 and the lady slapped the lunch sign in the window. We were there in line before 1:30 and could have easily helped us especially since they pride themselves on Customer Service. You want to keep losing customers this is how you do it.

I got there around 1:40 a.m. had enough time to get a drink ring the bell for service waited the full 15 minutes could not get my drink until after 2:00 a.m. and I was no longer allowed to buy it and I had to leave. Steph was in the back the whole time with woman and child of unknown reasons

Have fun trying to call for a prescription that's on hold. It took 35 minutes waiting on the phone for someone to even answer the phone. Ridiculous

I would leave no stars if possible. I have never been spoken to so unprofessionally by a pharmacist who wouldn't give his name and hung the phone on me. Told me to take my complaints to the corporate office. All of my family has been getting our medications from CVS for over 20 years. By next week I will be moving all our business from CVS. I won't even buy a tube of toothpaste from them!
