“My husband, my son, and I went to the outlets in the evening before they closed. We shopped at Under Armour and found some nice deals. Everything was on sale at 50% off; we found something for all of us. I will definitely go back. There were quite a few people there to shop; so help was not readily available. It's a nice store.”

Jadyn went above & beyond to assist me, even interrupting her precious lunch break, which I greatly appreciate. The staff here has always been genuinely helpful..My family and I will definitely continue to stop here.

“Great sales i love Guess but the woman cashier has a lot of growing up to do she was the most jealous hateful rude I have never left guess mad she was just trying to make sure I couldn't use any coupons and refused to give me 15% off everything u spent $600 and she said there were no deals promo or sales but.there is she TREATED me like she couldn't believe I was worried about coupon and sales I'm not cheap but everything at every store has sales!!!!.and I spent $600!!!!”

Prices at a discount were what I would expect to pay when not on sale, but it was no different at the Eddie Bauer Outlet than the other competing stores at the factory outlet mall.”

“Talk about Customer Service! I was frantically trying to locate a parka for my daughter in law for the holidays. I called three stores to see if they stocked the coat, and two said they were sure they were out of stock. When I called the Tangerine Outlet Factory Store, the clerk, who was cashiering at the time of the call, asked if I'd hold while she finished with a customer. Two minutes later she got back on, physically went out in the store to check the size of the one coat they had, and while it wasn't the size I needed, offer to help me locate one. She gave me the number of several stores that had more inventory of that model coat, and told me to call back if I didn't find it in the correct size. I found one at the California store, who offered to hold it, but wouldn't take my credit card over the phone since they couldn't verify my identity. So first thing the next day I drove to the Howell store, presented my ID and credit card, and they tried to reach the store in CA to have it shipped. Due to time zone differences, they were unable to reach the store, but they offered to try finding it by calling other locations. After several calls by two different clerks, they located the coat in Beaver Creek Ohio, and helped me order it to be delivered to my home. They even negotiated free shipping! The coat arrived in less than 24 hours! Cudos to the helpful employees of your Howell store, you've made a customer for life!”

“Well worth my trip tonight haven't been out to Gap in over 20 years due to it's a 45 minute drive for me to get out there.A friend of mine who lives out their, bought my son a coat, the zipper did not want to work properly and the teeth broke on it, when I call they said they could return it but yet when I got to the store the guys like well we're not supposed to because it is damaged but I see now that the zipper is not working he took the coat did the return no questions asked which was amazing and I ended up buying two things while I was out there which was well worth my drive. Thank you!!”

“I always get my jeans from American Eagle. They seem to last me a lifetime. So, though they're pricey, they'll keep their quality for quite a while. The boy's section is very basic and there never really seems to be anything that stands out enough for me to spend money on besides the jeans.”

“The women in the store were very kind and helpful! I prefer a wireless, soft bra and usually struggle to find my size, but this location had multiple styles in my size and even larger. Truly one of the best bra shopping experiences, I cannot say enough good things about how easy and pleasant it was to find what I needed!”
