Ted and the designers at Classic are patient and thorough in answering questions and making sure that selections meet the client's needs. After a basement flood, carpeting needed to be replaced and luxury plank flooring was also suggested for my art studio area. Very pleased with the result.

The lady’s that run this carpet place is so amazing! It was late and they were closing as we pulled up. They opened the store back up so we could look around. It was close to Christmas time and they were not in any hurry to make a sale. Just very informative on the carpet they sell. I really liked when they gave us there personal opinion on certain thickness and style.The owner came out and measured all the areas we needed. Very friendly!The installers did an awesome job. Almost a year later and I can not see any seams in my carpet at all. Just had our carpets cleaned and we still can not see any seams in the carpet.We are very satisfied with Classic Carpet. You all went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much! Pet friendly people too!

Had some vinyl flooring installed in a couple rooms of a recently purchased house through Classic. Everything from picking samples to the install was great and had zero complaints. Would definitely here return for any future work.

We had a good experience with Classic Carpet and Floor Covering to install new carpet in our large upstairs bedroom. All the estimates we received were pretty similar, but Classic was slightly cheaper. Also, the installers took their time and definitely did not rush the job. We are happy with the result.

Lisa and Dee were incredibly helpful and I loved the store greeter, Reese (the dog). There was a large selection, and I found the perfect vinyl plank flooring. It came in earlier than expected, and they held it for me with no complaints. They even offered to work with my contractor's hours and stay late if needed so he could pick it up. They also had a sample mailed to me so I could use it to shop for paint etcI highly recommend!
