Great service from these guys! They always seem to go above and beyond to make sure not only that I'm paying the lowest rate possible while maintaining my coverage, but also a few times have intervened with claims for me when Allstate corporate doesn't seem to be doing what they're supposed to. Very happy with this agency.

Always friendly and prompt service! When I need to call in, the agent(s) responding know me by name and provide the answer or service I require without hesitation. Always a pleasure to do business with the Allstate team at my home office Fenton Michigan!! It is good to know I have a team like this on my side in the event I am in need of claim services, (Which I have been in the past, so I speak from experience), or just general insurance information, or actions/changes in any of my multiple policies.
