Sold me a car that has $2000 worth of issues. When I called they said there was nothing they had to do with it. Mind you I've had this car for 4 days before it stop starting. Absolutely no responsibility for the horrible car. Never go there to buy a car. They will steal your money from you

The service center is absolutely horrible. They have extremely poor business practices. Charged $150 to put car on lift and look at a bolt. They then refused the job which could have fixed the issue and quoted $3,500 repair which was completely unnecessary. Extremely disappointed that this is how they treat customers and even veterans. Unacceptable.

I went into the service department for a simple oil change on my 2022 Chevrolet Blazer.I had received a call from Jamie previously whom was very nice. She said I had some GM rewards that would cover the oil change. She also recommended me printing off a coupon for 74.99 on there website. The service tech Mike tried to upsell me for a 15 point inspection recommended at 15,000 miles but I was only at 12,500. Mike proceeded to take the equivalent of 150 dollars out of my GM rewards. When I questioned him at the cashier he said I would get the reward points back. I called GM rewards and they said this was not the case. I called and spoke to the service manager, Dwayne. He offered to cut me a check but never apologized for this unethical business practice. I will not return here for service. Joyce PBrighton

I 100% say everyone should buy their vehicles here especially from Scott baker!! He’s an amazing sales man. Helped me and my husband buy me a new car he was amazing so friendly and very funny it made us feel very comfortable and happy. If I could give 10 stars I would absolutely amazing service from everyone!!

These people are RELENTLESS! I went there to look at a specific vehicle. It was something I wasn't sure of once I got in the car and drove it. I mentioned I would discuss it with my husband as we had a couple of other dealers we had spoken with, as well. They kept sending me email. I ignored it, but then I was getting pissed and I then told them I purchased elsewhere. They are STILL calling! Are you kidding me?? GET OVER YOURSELVES. Because of the constant non-welcomed contact, I will NEVER purchase a car from these people again. They will hound you..... be prepared.

Got the 2022 Chevy equinox back in September 2022 should not have gone with the deal $400 plus almost $500 a month. Not happy how Tony Tori told my dad that was with me after telling him 3 or 5 times to let us think it through. He said go head and call your little wife. So yeah I am not to happy on that. Plus I was having a bad day I almost wanted to chew him out and worse but I kept my cool since my dad was there. I would give them negative stars but only 1 star and above. Won't be going back to them anymore. It's an ok vheical over all though.

Lot's of one star reveiws here....I'll add mine:I visited this dealership yesterday fully intent on purchasing a vehicle that day. Went through all of the motions, approved and ready to sign and, as others have noted, bait and switch. Salesperson was given specific number to meet and did not do so.Details:Actions of the salesperson was shady at best. From the very first interaction, this felt like a personality power play. I am very firm in my beliefs, have a working knowledge of auto sales and expect n nonsense in the sales process.From the get go, the first question is" Whats a lease deal payment look like on this?" Sales person was evasive and would not offer any price or incentive information. Pressing harder, I asked again for some finacials and was given the reply of I have to ask tyou about 55 questions.As the process moved on (wife really wanted the vehicle, I was already having questions and concerns about disrespectful salesmanship) the salesperson put he high pressure campaign on and insisted we don't leave the dealership...this car may sell from right underneath you. We had yet to make a decision on the vehicle we wanted.....Process continued and the salesperson still would not offer a number to chew on. We returned to the dealership to consummate deal. The salesperson the began a track on the most shady of all endeavors. He insisted on the signing of all documentation including titles and other statements (incl. a demand that we rate him in the highest fashion on any reveiw) before we could look at any numbers.Fast forward to loan paperwork. F&I takes me back to office to sign documents while never offering the detailed loan doc listing price/interest/taxes and other charges. The only financial info offered was the payment price which was well above what was talked about in the process.This oke-doke, turned into a oh no you don't. We voided the deal and left.It truly felt as if the salesperon want to to show his teammates that he could 'run over' an agressive customer. My best guess is that the he was loooking to net $10K for the dealership ($5K PROFIT ON NEW SALE/$5K PROFIT ON USED CAR) and show his way of handling me. Here's the numbers:Profit on new car sale: $0Profit on used car sale: $0Cost of time spent for dealership: $600 (porters, f&i, credit checks, labor costs, etc.)That is one hell of a win for this dealership!Buyer beware!

***REVIEW BASED ON SERVICE DEPT*** From the moment I called to schedule a full-service oil change, I was treated with respect and courtesy. They said I'd be out of there in roughly 45 minutes and the kept their word! TJ was fantastic to work with AND told me about current tire deals (I currently have snow tires on my SUV and will need a regular set once Mother Nature stops being so wishy washy). The shop was clean, the lounge was welcoming, and the bathroom was kept tidy. AND the price was ~$15 cheaper than any other service dept or quick lube I've been to. I highly recommend and will be bringing all my vehicles here.

Had a mechanical issue with my 1996 Geo Tracker and checked around the area to have it analyzed. Out of 5 auto repair shops I visited only 1 had the experience to check it out and solve the problem.
