Will never purchase a vehicle from here again. Worn out parts after being told front end was rebuilt. Transmission slips oh and an extended warranty you pay for that no auto place wants to touch and if they do you have to wait weeks for your vehicle to be done because everything has to be inspected! What a damn joke!

I would like to take a moment and explain what happened over the course of 24 hours. There was a 2017 MKZ posted on facebook for sale at a price of $11,595. I reached out to the saleman that posted the car for sale. We went back and forth and I told him i would be out that day to look at the car. Upon my arrival the car wasn't on the lot had no clue where it was, said the boss might have taken it. The salesmen reach out to I'm guessing the manager and the car was sent for detailing. I was not upset or mad, but had no problem coming out the following day. Now back to the $11,595 price. I asked the sales person I was dealing with do you think that's the best price, he said no I pretty sure we can come down. Now I'm super excited because I have been reaching these car for about a month now and know the cost on where it should be for a MKZ with 130,000 miles on it. Is should be between $10,500 & $11,500 was about the going price. Now the sales person also said this is would be the 2nd time selling the car because he originally sold it to an elderly couple and they needed something they could get out of and he sold them a ford escape. Now keep in mind they are making commissions twice on the vehicle. So i sent out a text message today asking if the car was available to look at he said the car will be back soon., BUT NOW the price is $13,900 after telling me $11,595 and telling me he could do better. KBB for the car is about $11,500. Extremely unprofessional and misleading. I was more than whiling to work on a deal but it was going to get dragged over the coals for an overpriced MKZ. This is a place with a high review rating so that was in good eyes to me, but now I'm not sure if that's a true review raiting. As a consumer make sure you look at everything and don't get dragged over the coals for an over priced vehicle here.

Bought my first jeep there… it’s the best dealership I ever had to get a car. The sales man I used was Bill he’s a great guy. The sales manager was a great guy too. He help me big to be able to drive out of there with a jeep. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a ride that has zero rust and good shape and a fair price.

Bought a 2015 Lincoln mkz 88k miles for over 11k. Not 3 months later and the water pump goes out (very known issue with the 3.7 motors.) warranty is covering 5500$ and I only have to pay 350$. MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE WARRANTY

I wasn't going to leave a Review till I received my plate in the mail today that I was supposed to get a call from them when they received it so I could go pick it up from them , makes me believe they knew they sold me a car with engine issues I bought a 2016 ford fusion for 10700 that had no engine lights on or any issues on the test drive the very next day after purchase the car had a real bad misfire so I replaced the coils and plugs the misfire was still there so I did a compression test wet and dry on all cylinders cylinder 3 had no compression at all so now im stuck paying 400 dollars a month on a car that I can't drive and is sitting at a shop for God knows how long because of the garbage warranty they sell you that don't want to pay for anything and all they had to say to me is I'm sorry that happened to you I highly do not recommend these people for your new vehicle hate to see anyone else go through what I'm going through!
