Had an ongoing issue that two other shops could not figure out. Took it to Carr's and they found and fixed the issue. Excellent communication through the process and outstanding customer service. Honest and trustworthy. My new go-to for any car needs.

Somehow my review gets removed a lot it seems. These people are scammers and string you along for months telling you they are fixing your car when they aren't. They have all the excuses in the world but no results. Misdiagnosed my car, fixed the misdiagnosis. Car failed within maybe 8 miles leaving their shop. Oddly it was exactly what I told them the dealership said it was. Don't honor their towing agreement and lie. The women who answers the phone is rude. I would literally go anywhere else. Only reason my car ever went there was it broke down while my wife was driving it.

They got my truck in right away and were able to repair it for me the same day. They are conveniently located on the corner of Latson Rd and Grand River Ave in Howell. The mechanics are experienced, helpful and very friendly. I will definitely be using them again.

I was traveling on the interstate and had an issue with my vehicle, I found carrs auto service. They were very helpful, they solved my problem, and got me back on my way. I am so grateful for them, their know-how, and great service.

1st Time having them do any kind of work.. Will say that they did what was exactly NEEDED to be done.. GREAT job and will return for more work in the future...I would recommend taking a car there especially if you can't get into your regular mechanic shop..
