This store is a gem in the town of Howell! Whenever we have to buy a gift, we usually check this place out. You can usually find unique items not found in a box store. Their items are also so cute. They have items for babies, young kids, and adults. They also have lotions, decor, and accessories. The employees are incredibly helpful and the owner is a delight!

This store has so much potential and looked whimsical from the sidewalk. To be fair, there are a lot of fun items here. HOWEVER, the customer service left much to be desired. I use a cane and need a little extra space- the store is tight but I managed. That is, until an associate started stacking the sidewalk sale bins around me while I was actively trying to shop. Strike 1. My husband and I moved to a different area and asked for a specific Jellycat to be pulled down from a tall display. Before it was even taken down the associate barked the price at us and made a comment about not taking it down until we knew the cost. Strike 2. Then she takes the Jellycat down and walks PAST us with it. I asked to see it as she walked past and she said sure...but she continued to walk away from us with it until she threw it on the counter (even further from us) and never acknowledged us again. Strike 3. Not only was every associate rude and unwelcoming, they barred access to someone clearly in need of it. We promptly left. I will never return.

This is my favorite store in Howell! They always have the most unique things and really cheerful decor items.

As a frequent shopper for many years, I was offended to be very, very closely followed around the store. We felt we couldn’t look at anything and were basically ushered out of the store. They have wonderful product, but the customer service is always bad. Will unfortunately not be shopping here again.

We were so excited to shop downtown, however, this shop had steps to enter and our daughter uses a wheelchair. When I went inside to inquire about alternative entry the gal behind the counter told me “that’s for deliveries only” when I let her know our daughter was in a wheelchair she shrugged her shoulders and said “sorry” and walked away. People standing around were as shocked as I was.Also the lovely owner of the consignment shop across the street couldn’t believe it.While we understand historical building do have limitations this was handled so poorly.

If you want to be transported into the cutest magical world while you shop, this is the place. I try to stop here for gifts and cards whenever I can, and I discover something new and fun every time I go! I especially love their Michigan section.
