Un-freaking believable. $18 for a gas station drive through car wash. Went in and asked for a refund, but attendant said not possible and no supervisor on duty?? Attendant also said this is an ongoing issue. Beware of the car wash prices here, they get you if you dont see the sign with the pricing, and they don't show the pricing when you select which wash you want, on the screen. I assumed it was like all other mediocre gas station washes that I've been to in the last 35 years, maybe $7-10 with a discount if you buy a certain amount of gas, but nope. They don't even have anyone at the end with the towel dry, for that price, nor did they do anything extra except black out the car wash code on my receipt. They've lost all my business now, won't spend a cent in there ever again, they've gotten enough of my $$. Will also be telling friends/ family to go elsewhere.

$18 car wash today, who in their right mind would pay a monthly membership for this? I used to be able to count on getting a pretty good was here. There isn't one good car wash in Livingston county anymore .

If i could give 0 stars I would. Place is a shipwreck waiting to sink, whether it’s from the place being disgusting, to the employees talking about how the manager sells to underage kids or the outrageous prices (basically expect to pay double whatever the item should actually be) not to mention I’ve gone in multiple times and their coolers are never stocked. Hopefully with all the reports being sent in this place gets hit with a sting and it’s liquor license taken away because it’s a absolute train wreck there. Go anywhere else in town to save yourself the stress and save your wallet.

Disappointing! We initially choose your car wash because of the friendliness of the attendees and most importantly, the way you cleaned my vehicle by the way you: a) soapy brushed the entire car, especially the front and back, b) took care to wipe the windshield wiper blades with a cloth, c) the friendliness. However, in the last couple of months you no longer use soapy brushes, you no longer wipe the blades and the attendees are not very friendly. What happened?

I went there today to scan my lotto winnings from the website. The girl with a cast on her arm had me step aside while she was in the middle of helping me. I had food in my car and I needed to get gas. Very unprofessional of her. And when she finally decided to help me after four other customers arrived it didn’t take her very long to help me. Usually when anybody else is working they help me when it’s my turn. Usually great serviceJust not today. I guess it’s hard to find good or decent help.

Says cheapest liquor in town..more like the most expensive liquior in town. Prices are outrages. I can go to every other place in Howell and get it a lot cheaper.. false advertising

Their carwash ripped the mirror off of my wifes vehicle. They divulged that this had just happened to another vehicle and it had been "worked on" the previous day. They did not offer to help or give satisfaction of any kind. Not so much as a sorry.... Unacceptable.

This car wash broke my passenger side mirror off...which will cost over $250 to replace. The manager was rude and is oblivious as to what goes on in "her" store. A joke! Will never come back here.

This bp car wash and gas station deserve a higher rating ! Hands down best car wash ever they do so good before ya go in. And the guy was so nice that took my card gave me a discount they do for there customers on weds.Car looks amazing they changed it up in there . Super friendly staff at wash and in gas station the lady was so sweet and welcoming asked if I needed help made sure I got what I wanted . Don’t remember her name dark hair younger I’ll deff be going here more ??

Best car wash around town. We pass two car washes to go to these guys. They spend quality time washing your car truck suv before you even go through the car wash. Fantastic job!!
