“I had a damaged rocker panel on my truck and all the shops said they would have to cut it out. But Dave said he could pull it because it would be much cheap. Dave did an absolutely fantastic job on the truck, the paint he did looks better than factory paint, you can’t even tell the truck was ever damaged, some of the best prices around and just an over all nice guy. I recommend him to anyone looking for body work.”

“I was in my way home to Detroit and my check engine light flicked on. I pulled over in Howell and called AAA. Which was a complete waste of time. I got on Google and Kiefer came up as a top option. I gave them a call and they had someone on the way to pick me up. The price was more then reasonable to get a 50 mile tow. They really helped me out. Thank you.”

I can see that demeanor in everyone I come across.For today, it was a simple key fob battery replacement, which took a total of 5 minutes.In addition, the Service Manager looked up all recalls I had and let me know how much time it would take when I bring my Mustang back. Again, super helpful and I did that knowledge exchange while I was waiting on my fob battery replacement.Now that I know the duration they will need to service the car, it was very easy for me to schedule an appointment yet this week.I would recommend Bob Maxey for not only a vehicle purchase but also for any service the vehicle may need over time.”

“***REVIEW BASED ON SERVICE DEPT*** From the moment I called to schedule a full-service oil change, I was treated with respect and courtesy. They said I'd be out of there in roughly 45 minutes and the kept their word! TJ was fantastic to work with AND told me about current tire deals (I currently have snow tires on my SUV and will need a regular set once Mother Nature stops being so wishy washy). The shop was clean, the lounge was welcoming, and the bathroom was kept tidy. AND the price was ~$15 cheaper than any other service dept or quick lube I've been to. I highly recommend and will be bringing all my vehicles here.”
