The guys at Big Rays are always so helpful, fast and efficient. They get me in and out in a timely fashion and they’re always so nice and don’t make me feel bad or dumb about my car. As a woman who does a lot of her own car work I really appreciate that. I’m halfway through my punch card with them and I will always recommend them and continue to use them when I can’t or won’t do the work myself lol.

Update 8/31/24 I have since gotten a new vehicle and I have been coming there since the first posted review. They are kind, always smiling, quick and professional. They have never steered me wrong on recommendations and don’t try to sell me something I don’t need
They are awesome love these guys. My husband and I drive 30-40 mins to go here but it’s worth it everytime.

These guys are very fast, very nice, and very professional. They have rewards for oil changes and they can do then cheeper than i can even with a major discount at an auto parts shop. I only have good things to say and their work is spectacular.

What a great experience with just a simple oil change and air filter replacement. So happy they had my air filter in stock. Everyone was very friendly. In and out very quickly. I will definitely be back. Thanks so very much.

This was the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. They were very quick and honest, but most of all they were overflowing with kindness. I went straight home to ask my husband if I could take his car back there for an oil change because they were two of the nicest guys I had ever met and I wanted to bring them a gift. Unfortunately his car is still under warranty and I couldn’t bring it there but I do plan on going to Ray’s from here on out for my car. Best experience ever! Thanks guys!

I live in a high top camper van and was having a hard time finding somewhere with high enough doors to get my oil changed. While I still wasn’t able to fit here, the guys were super kind and did it for me outside. Even still let me pull around to get my washer fluid filled and then helped me to back back out. As a young, single female with a unique vehicle situation, I felt completely safe and accommodated here. Thank you so much Robert and everyone at Big Rays!

I had an exceptional experience at Big Ray's Quick Lube! The service was incredibly fast and efficient, which is exactly what I needed with my busy schedule. The staff were not only quick but also very friendly and accommodating. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services, which I find refreshing compared to other places I've been to. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises at checkout.

Sam, Young, and the rest of the crew are absolutely amazing. I have always received great service when I come here and this is the only place I come to because of how great and friendly and quick they are when it comes to getting my vehicle needs and concerns addressed and taken care of. Never once have I felt like I am taken advantage of and they always ask me questions about what I want done before they proceed with the service. Everything is addressed on a professional standpoint and nothings forced. Just what you want and expect from a professional company. Thank you again guys and I’ll see you on the next oil change! ??
