While my new tires look good, I had a really disappointing experience at this Belle Tire Location. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, the customer service was lackluster. The staff was unwelcoming and seemed disinterested to take me as their next customer. I wasn’t given any clear updates on the status of my car throughout the day, and when I finally received my text that the vehicle was done, I returned and walked in to a lobby with no staff, just waiting customers on the chairs. After someone appeared out of the staff room, I was greeted with a “how can I help you” and while I responded …the employee searched for the work ticket, printed my recipe, handed me the keys and off I went. The whole experience felt rushed and impersonal, what if I wasn’t the person that was suppose to pick up the vehicle or what if I wanted wanted assurance that the tires were put on correctly, basically a quick rundown of the list of things Belle Tire preformed on my vehicle. I won't be coming back here, and I would not recommend this Belle Tire Location if you're looking for customer-focused service.

I called twice for an appointment. The first guy didn’t take my name or number. The second guy did but mentioned they didn’t do alignments. When I got there they said I didn’t have an appointment as well as they wanted 700$ without labor, warranty’s for cheap tires and wanted me to go down the road for an alignment. Safe to say I left.

I went to the Howell store with a very fast, sudden leak in my tire that showed up while picking up groceries at Walmart. By the time I got to Belle Tire, which is very close to Walmart, I was at 17# of air pressure. When I spoke with the employee he shrugged and said he couldn't help me. He was short handed. I asked if he could help me put the spare on and he said, at that point he might as well just fix the tire but he wasn't going to do that either. Short handed , or not, the guy was rude. Thankfully discount tire was just down the road! They greeted me with a smile as they did every customer who entered after me, they immediately looked at my tire and showed me the issue, as well as showed me how worn my tires were. They replaced all 4 tires in 30 minutes and earned my business for all future tires. Not just by how they treated me, but how they treated every customer who walked in after me. I was impressed with their friendliness, professionalism and prompt service. I will never set foot in another Belle Tire again. I had a similar bad experience at that location 3 years ago, but since the situation was desperate today, I decided to try them again, big mistake! Don't waste your time or money at this place. Go just a little further down the road, to Discount Tire, you will encounter staff who are customer service oriented who seem to like their jobs and want to be helpful to customers who need help.

Service was quick and courteous and I was able to get in even though it was late. Lobby was clean and the coffee was good

Our brake line broke on a Sunday night. We filled out an envelope and left it in the night drop door. It was ready for pick up on Monday. We had no appointment and we still received speedy service. The techs are very nice and helpful

Made an appointment for a tire rotation, scheduled it for the afternoon. Got to the appointment and was told it would be an hour and a half before they could get to it. No call to let me know they are running behind or even ask to reschedule the appointment. What is the point in making an appointment if your still waiting hours. Very disappointed. And no I did not wait. Not going back to the Howell location again. Poor service.

Brian was super helpful with my new tires and rims and ensured everything was done perfectly on my F150.
I really appreciate attention to detail and following through so I want to recognize the great work by Brian and the supporting team. This is why I’ve been doing business with the location for over a decade.

Tire buyers beware of Steve and the "tire warranty" if I could leave a zero star I would. Screw in your new tire that you spent over 1k for... no worries, bring it back in 3 days to plug it. Steve will tell you anything to get the sale then b.s you the whole time whole eating his lunch talking to you.. real professional.I bring my personal and work vehicles here, but not anymore. I'll never go with belle tire

I will never again go to this Bell Tire for new tires or anything ever again. This place wastes your time and ignores waiting customers. I went in for new tires and everything seemed fine until we came back after stepping out for a little to give them proper time to put the new tires on only to sit for an hour (almost to close) only to be told the tire alignment wasn't done even though it should have been considering you're getting new tires on. Apparently they called but I didn't notice it but we sat there the whole time when they could have asked us in person since I didn't respond to the phone call. Then today, I scheduled to do the alignment at 3pm but didn't even get back to get worked on till 4pm. My husband had to wait almost 3 hours for an alignment just to be ignored in the lobby without saying if it was done or not only to also be charged with a protection plan I didn't even purchase during the online appointment making process. This place is a joke!

Curt, Logan & Brenton at Belle Tire took amazing care of both of our vehicles and peace of mind! (Car & SUV)
From tire rotation to a/c lines, to strut and wheel bearing replacement, they made sure safety was a priority. They did an excellent job at being quick and efficient with parts and installation and great customer service. I was also impressed at how they discussed all options with us, and even showing us before and after pictures. We will definitely be dedicated customers because of them. Thank you guys!

Slow service with an appointment waited 2 hours for a tire repair
Tech that came out to get my car thought it would be more fun to make fun of my car and try to get his coworker to come over and join him

I just purchased a new set of Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires for my wife’s Lincoln Nautilus at the Belle Tire store in Howell, Michigan. They also installed new brakes. They did a great job and always do! I’ve purchased tires from this store a number of times over the 20+ years we’ve lived in Howell. Great service and a great staff too! I highly recommend them!
