Terrible! Poor customer service; very unmotivated to sell a car.
I waited for a car to come back from the shop, and never got a call back when it arrived at the lot. Salesperson did not take my contact information, but told me he had my information during one of my numerous calls.
I was interested in another vehicle, but the battery was dead. He made no effort to charge the battery for me to test drive, or to even look at the inside
Pure laziness.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Told them what I wanted and my price range and Dan found the perfect car for me. Great pricing (less than I expected to pay), great service, great to work with.

Recommended by a local, not sure why. Prices are higher than average and the number of repairs I've had on this car are ABSURD...I've spent nearly half the value of the car in LESS than two years fixing brakes, rotors, the engine, the windshield that was cracked when it was sold to us.Carefully waxed cars on display that have carefully assessed and timed maintenence issues that will become your financial emergency. Have the car inspected carefully and for EACH item he hopes becomes YOUR problem, chip away at his price...his prices are a good 10k over what anyone else charges for...superficially SHINY cars. Don't compromise, these guys already have.From out of town? Just don't.

“Let our reputation be your protection” is their motto. I bought an Infiniti from them that apparently was from Canada but I didn’t know as he didn’t even show me the carfax. Under further inspection at home I realized the speedometer cluster had been tampered with by a company called “US Speedo” out of flint. They’re the company that converted the miles from KILOMETERS- MILES. This company left a screw off the cluster and is currently being held up with just one screw. When getting the loan from my credit union, they asked why the car was priced so low, I didn’t know why as it was a clean title without any accidents apparently. I asked Dan why the price was low and he didn’t mention that it was cause the car is from Canada. I figured I’m getting a good deal right? ( no, never expect that from a car dealership)
