“On 6/29/24- my mom and I went into Home Depot and we encountered Zach. It was his first day in the paint department. My family has been through a great loss recently. Zach actually made my mom smile, laugh, and even crack some jokes. He was so kind and courteous. For it being his first day in paint he was knowledgeable and when he didn't know something he wasn't afraid to say it.
