Not a bad shop, the guy I've dealt with seems to be honest and straightforward, he will tell you how it is and let you make the final decision on the matter. Would definitely return again in the future

Made an appointment over the phone with Stacy. Showed up for the appointment, but she didn't remember. She talked to the mechanic, came back and said they could make an appointment in about 2 weeks; after the holidays.What was the point of calling, getting a full quote, making an appointment and showing up on time?The professionalism here lacks - cannot comment on the quality of work because unfortunately, I left without another appointment. ?

My vehicle was fixed without a phone call to tell me what the problem was and how much it was going to cost to fix the problem. When I asked why wasn't I contacted before my vehicle was serviced, I got no response.

Customers vehicle gets vandalized and they don’t carry insurance to cover this? And want the customer to pay for it? Great way to lose customers.

I just have to shout out S and R Auto in Howard City. I am always nervous when my car breaks because I don't know enough about it, and I could easily become a victim of a dishonest person or company taking advantage of me.S and R Auto is honest and accommodating. They have an amazing woman that answers the phone who is also honest and SO helpful.They fixed my car quicker than they had originally anticipated, and cheaper than they had quoted me. They got my part cheaper and passed that savings on to me.I can't imagine any other business operating that way.And to top it off, the receptionist warned me that they took lunch from 12-1, and being the flake that I am, I showed up at 12:30. Smack dab in the middle of that time. And the man sitting behind the desk said. "Well I'm here anyway. No worries"I am over the moon because finances are so tight for us. I literally cried when I got in my car and drove it away.Thank you for operating the way an honest business should. I would give you 10 ⭐ if I could.

The best place i have ever went for auto repairs. It took a little time but the price was great and the people where so nice i will gp back any time i need work done on my vehicles
