Lately insulin supplies have been beyond difficult to get because of the Walgreens medicare dept. I've been billed for my insulin when My Medicare pays and I should NOT BE CHARGED. So why am I. I called Medicare line and they said I shouldn't be ..and they Walgreens are getting a pd. twice. Our system is beyond messed up. I go through this EVERY TIME I need insulin supplies. ?

I went to Walmart to get a prescription today, but they didn't have some medical supplies we needed, so they directed us to Walgreens. Tina at the pharmacy was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind! We are going to request a pharmacy change because really appreciated how we were helped at Walgreens. Nothing against the Walmart, but Walgreens was better for us.

I got a text yesterday morning saying they were
closed, from the same number that always confirms my prescription. It was supposed to text again when they opened. I called today and they were never closed. Wasting my time and ruining my day. Constant problems every month costing me hours to multiple days to fix the same extremely simple issue every time. It's like I've never had the same pharmacist going here three years. They act bewildered and like they can't fill the script because every other month I go to a different branch that's closer to work. This is full of completely useless and rude pharmacists.

They have, like, 5 signs saying their open until 10pm. I got there at 8:40 and the doors were locked.

Prescriptions are always goofed up, as in EVERY SINGLE TIME! Wrong item so not covered by insurance, out of stock, computer error-you name it, they find an excuse for their incompetence. If you have medicaid, medicare or uphp do not use this pharmacy-no one there can bill correctly much less count the number of doses to put in a container!

They called and wanted my prescriptions put on an automatic refill and mail them to me . I don't drive am elderly and disabled so it sounded good to me . Well after 4 months of not fulfilling my prescriptions properly and trying to get to the bottom of the problem ,rude pharmacy technicians that blame the problem on computers and say they can't fix it . The company that they contracted with to do automatic refills, has not fulfilled their obligations and the system doesn't work properly and there was nothing they could do . The employees said that the system has been very frustrating to them and that they have wanted to quit their job because of the systems ( the computer mal.function . They even recommended me to go somewhere else for better service . So ya I did .. my experience with Walgreens has been very bad . The technician were really rude and blame the problem on someone else and tell the customer to go somewhere else . Wow . If I hadn't experienced this I wouldn't believe it .

I switched to this location and it is absolutely the best pharmacy I've ever been to. The staff are friendly and helpful and everything from questions to refills are in a timely manner and with a smile. Excellent service consistently everything! Love this place and they have some great gifts and things to check out as well
