“Mark is amazing! He was able to repair an expensive Cartier 18k bracelet that was damaged. I thought it was hopeless but he performed what would’ve been the equivalent to a microsurgery on it and it is almost unnoticeable.
I don’t have a ‘before’ photo, (I was too busy crying) but the screw head was completely damaged as well as the surrounding area. Cartier wanted close to $500 to repair and it would’ve taken weeks. Laiti repaired for under $100 and it only took a couple of days. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
If I were ever to move away from the area, I would still mail in any jewelry that needed repairs.”
