I had a package booked that I was so excited about and getting closer to (with enough notice), I realized the timing didn’t work for me. I emailed them to reschedule, even giving them my availability. I did not even receive an email back, just a notification from their booking site that I was canceled and they did not reach out to reschedule. Very upset with the way this was handled

Was very disappointed. I reached out via their website on a weekend expecting contact on monday. Nothing. Called tuesday, no answer. We were vactioning in the UP between Christmas and New Year. By the way, still no contact...

I booked a facial with Samatha and am delighted with the results. I don't get facials often and asked for a lot of information so that I could see the results I was hoping for. Samantha was very patient in answering questions, attentive to my concerns and gave a great facial. I was visiting from out of town but I plan to go back to J Jukuri (and Samantha) the next time I visit.I also booked a Body Glow with Christian. I was much less concerned about results with that service - I just wanted a nice, relaxing massage with a skin buff. Christian also did a great job.

Christian is FANTASTIC! We called J Jukuri for a couple specific appointment requests as we were traveling from out of state. The were able to accommodate our request, made communication transparent and timely and we’re very friendly. When we arrived Christian was very professional and made great conversation- but most importantly provided the best massage service we have EVER had. I wish I could give a 6 star review, because I will definitely consider driving 6+ hours to come back!

I absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a relaxing experience. I had Christian, I got a Swedish, Full body- essential oils massage. I told him what area's I wanted to focus on. Christian whent above and beyond to listen to what I needed. I was very nervous and He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Always asked me if I was uncomfortable in any way. Highly recommend.

J. Jukuri Spa always goes above and beyond! We had an amazing day of relaxing while enjoying the spa sauna, relaxation room, and facial treatments. The staff was able to cater the experience to our needs. They provided us with complimentary lemon water and tea with the use of the Relaxation Room. The bathroom and shower was also reserved for our use along with robes, towels, and slippers. It was such a peaceful and cozy environment to enjoy in between our spa services. Whether you are looking to enjoy a full spa day to yourself, some time with friends, or a couples massage, we would highly recommend inquiring about the use of the Spa Relaxation Room! Wonderful experience!
