Could not have been a better experience with wonderful people. We are traveling and had a tire problem. They replaced them at a fair price and quickly. I wish I lived here so I could give them all of my business.

We got a nail in a tire on our tow vehicle. Fine line tire express made room for our trailer, and quickly repaired our tire. They offered free wifi and coffee while we waited. Price was fair, work was fast, everything was clean (even the customer washroom) and staff were all friendly.
Given that they likely see a lot of people having a bad day, everyone was really nice.

I was really impressed on how fast they changed out my tires. No appointment needed, just drive in. The people at the counter were very friendly and helpful. Great price on the new tires. Free tire rotation. Can’t beat it. Will definitely get my next tires from here.

Just passing through from out of town. This shop was wonderful. Charged an honest price and I was in and out in about an hour with a full set of tires for the camper. Everyone was friendly. Really appreciate the prompt service. Definitely recommend.

Great service. Always a good experience going here. Craig does a great job and gets you in as quickly as he can. i live in the baraga area and would choose these guys over anyone. I'll drive 30 miles knowing the job will be done and with no excuses. Unlike a shop in baraga where I needed 2 tires mounted and was told they would be done by the end of the day. they sat there for 2 days just to come back and be told, " we got pretty busy maybe tomorrow who knows" cant promise you anything "as he's smoking a cigarette. No more of that treatment I go to fine line tire express!

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team! I had a squealing noise coming from one of my wheels so I stopped in unannounced and Craig immediately pulled my truck in the shop and went to work. Turned out to be a small rock stuck by the dust shield but he quickly resolved the issue and sent me back on my vacation. Highly recommend this team and shop!

Had a slow leak in my tire when I got there all of the tec were at lunch at the same time. Had to sit for 30 minutes for someone to get back from lunch. And then they charged me $40. to patch a tire which is ridiculously high.

I bet the tire business has boomed in Houghton since the city fathers decided to install useless roundabouts and curbs jutting out where no one would expect them. While entering a parking lot at a local restaurant, I inadvertently drove over a hard-to-see curb. The curb jutted unexpectedly into the entrance and wasn't painted, so I didn't even see it. The rim on the front passenger side tire was slightly bent and I was concerned about the tire, so I took my car to Fine Line the next day to have it looked at.I was worried that the repair would be costly. I had just bought the car a few weeks before and was very stressed out. To my great relief, however, I was met with a friendly smile by the lady at the front desk and the technician got right on it. Twenty minutes later he emerged from the garage and announced that the rim had been repaired and the tire was undamaged! The cost for his work? $20.00! I was so relieved. In sum, the good people at Fine Line made my day. They took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and restored my faith in humanity. I'll never forget them for that. Thanks!!!
