I wish I could click no stars. I returned an Apple Watch in July that I only had for a week. I was bullied and put down for wanting to return it. I was told I had to pay $72 for a restocking fee. I paid that. Now here it is 7 months later I come to find out I am still paying $20 month for the watch. It was never taken off my account. Worst experience ever. Will never recommend this place or Verizon. They do not care about customer service.

Id give it a ZERO if that was the choice. We attempted to cancel our account and switch to AT&T - store is run by trainees who know nothing! We had to go back 3 times to get it cancelled. AT&T in Gaylord is awesome!!! Set us up and we get 5 G - just got back from driving across the US in our camper van and had 5 G everywhere we went!!! We did it with Verizon last year and we barely had coverage. Steer clear of Verizon and go to AT&T

Will Usher was most impressive for the purchase of my Samsung phone & tablet. First impression was of Will's knowledge of the product. Full explanation of both was most helpful- as well as the discounts offered. His patience & persistence needed to transfer data & activate both made an easy and fast process. Will sets an example for the excellence of the entire store. A valuable asset for Russell cellular Verizon.

My wife and I went into this location on July 14th, 2023 to purchase jetpacks and open new accounts. TJ Forton (Thomas F) was the rep that we worked with while we were there. We told him to set-up both of our accounts for auto-pay, and gave him our cards to do so. He let us know when he was setting up auto-pay for each of our accounts. Well, apparently, he did not set up auto-pay for either of our accounts. When we woke up today, both my wife's and mine jetpacks said we had no internet connection. I accessed my Verizon account, and it said it was inactive due to not receiving payment for the new cycle. Hers was the same. Apparently, we should have checked our accounts to verify auto-pay was set-up. That is on us for not doing so.We spent 45 minutes trying to get this correct and finally submitting payment so our internet access would be restored.My wife ended up being 30 minutes late for work because of this. (She works from home, and thus requires an internet connection).

Just got new phones from Verizon in Houghton Lake and are very pleased. TJay was a huge help to get us set up and very knowledgeable. My husband and I are happy with our new phones!

Just got new phones from Verizon in Houghton Lake and are very pleased. TJay was a huge help to get us set up and very knowledgeable. My husband and I are happy with our new phones!

TJ was excellent! He helped me with an issue with my account and waited for 2 HOURS on hold with Verizon customer care to get my issues resolved. He didn’t have to and I appreciate it so much! He has helped me before and goes above and beyond to help customers! Luckily it wasn’t busy but while we were on hold he helped another gentleman resolve his issue as well! I appreciate him and say thank you again!

We were courteously greeted. Kyle the sales rep worked with us in selecting new phones and updating our plan. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Patiently answered questions. He is very friendly and not pushy. He also helped us select the proper accessories for our phones. He is an outstanding sales person. Kyle in sales not Kyle the manager. T j was also friendly and helpful.
