Teller was very rude as I explained my experience and that I may have another package land here that they can't deliver but I would come and get it. She proceeded to argue with me and tell me to do all the things I had already explained had been done to get my package sent to my address. I use Usps for most of my shipping needs for my online business and out of the dozens of locations I've visited in person, this was by far my worst customer experience and I live in metro Detroit if that tells you anything.

Supposed to open at 8 on weekdays. Stood in the entrance for over ten minutes waiting for them to open the door so I can mail things. Unacceptable
