Attempted to use the change machine at the rear of the building, put $5.00 bill in, and nothing. Most reputable car washes will have a phone number to call if you lose money. Not this one. Apparently I have to stop by every day to find the owner/manager. Warning: Bring your Own Change with you.

Great 1st experience. Have been there 3 more times to visit in the last month and cones are blocking all the car wash stations....are they closed down????

It's 2021, you need to accept cards.I spent the only 3 bucks i had in small bills, but i would have spent triple if you took a credit card.

Wouldn't go here again if you paid me. Had a long line to get to the car wash that wrapped all the way around the back disconnected building. We were behind a pickup truck going on a 10 minute wait and had 3 vehicles in front of us. Again, patently waiting for our turn. When we get to the edge of the building as another car leaves and the line pulls forward we see a pick up truck that was clearly not there when we first got in line. Instead of getting to the back of the line, he cut in front of the building and he's now facing my driver side door to be next after the truck in front of us. I see the attendant, an old gray haired lady with sunglasses (who I had been looking at running around for over ten minutes now) go up to the truck in front of us, then to the truck trying to cut everyone off, then finally walks up to us and says "sorry, you're going to have to wait your turn, this truck turning in said he was before you". I of course rebuttled and she said she asked the guy in front of me and he confirmed the guy trying to cut in was there first. I again tried to say that's not true... she's walking off and turns back and loudly yells, "SIR! WAIT YOUR DAMN TURN!". I get out line to leave and drive by the moron in front of me and realize why he wasn't paying attention. Easily pushing, if not in his 90's and barely awake apparently.Great customer service and attention to detail! Great way to keep customers...

I always use my local Splash N Dash in Houghton Lake to wash my car, but I’m not one to get a shower with car soap so I use the drive through bay. Does this get every single speck of dirt off my car? No but it comes close and they are the best drive through car wash in town. I won’t go anywhere else in town. Just be careful of your antenna if it’s tall like mine.

A good touch less auto wash when available. My 2 previous visits, the wash wasn't working. But it does a good job without human intervention. Modern equipment.
