“I gave this location a five star only because of Lisa. I've had issues with my mail, Covid has made things much worse. When my regular carrier is out....because let's face it your mail carrier is a human person with human problems and sometimes has to take a day off.... is when I generally have issues, understandable somewhat. No matter what problems I've ran into Lisa has always fixed it she goes above and beyond and I truly want to let her know she's appreciated... my normal carrier is pretty awesome also :-)”

I don't know if they retired or what, but the new faces that I've seen recently have been delightful, informative, and incredibly helpful.
