Trying to figure out how we have taken 3 deer here this year (1st & last time) all different weights, yet we get 25 lbs of burger every time. If you pay cash, it is $105... that's around $4 a lb!!! I heard they do a big sale for all unclaimed meat in January, how about you just give us all our meat and not double dip with our meat your selling?

Great place to take your deer to get processed. They do great work and the deer you give them is the deer you get back.

I ordered this product for the first time ever. Shannon was our sales person. When Shannon came to our office I explained that I was leery about purchasing because the meat isn't always what they say. She reassured me that if I was not happy I could get a full refund. I agree to give them a try. First day we made the breakfast sausage patties - was not impressed yet decided to try the filet mignon the next day. Or what I though were filet mignon. They were gross! I called and stressed to the manager about the filets to find out they in fact were not filet mignon I was then told they were sirloin filet. He offered to replace them with real filet mignon at that point I declined and asked for a full refund and would return the package. He stated that was all he could do for us. I said ok I was going to dispute it with my credit card. The owner of the company and I were told if we were not happy a full refund would be issued no questions asked. Yet he refused to provide. I hung up and received a nasty text message from him. He threated me with the following text - if you dispute it I will rebuttal the dispute saying we never received our product back and you will not get your money back. Wow so instead of doing what is right you decide to bully me. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Not after this kind of customer service.

First and only time we will have anything processed here. We have heard so many good things about this place so we decided to give them a try with a cow. The communication is awful! They don't go by the cut order you want. Out of a half of a cow we only got 6 steaks. Once I called them about it they said they gave us everything out of the freezer mind you HANGING weight was over 800 pounds! Our beef buyers also noticed lots of bone clippings on all the meat they received. The cuts of the couple of steaks that were received were absolutely horrible! Even the pound packages of burger you either got way more in a pack or way less. Definitely would not recommend to have anything processed here!

HORRIBLE! I will never get our meat processed here again. I know for a fact that the meat wasn’t my whole deer! They only wanted to give half our meat until we called them out on the fact.Tried to give me 20 pounds of meat from a 200 pound deer. The meat was COVERED in fur and the meat was also rotten. Once my family ate one of the roast we received ( cooked all day in a crockpot) the entire family got sick from it! Overcharged for poor quality! I don’t even want to give them a full star!

Thieves! They steal half your deer meat! Unless you call them out on it no matter the size of deer only expect to see half of it back! Oh and customer services girls at the desk are as rude as they come! Don't spend the money here.Used to be honest and fair idk what is so different with ownership but this place is the worst! One of the butchers asked my fiance if he could sniff my panties! Absolutely gross!

I gave them a try the packing job was great and the meat looked great. But taste like the place smells and had chunks of bone in my burger as well. The meat was not rotten but taste more like they ground up the tarsel glands in the meat really weird. I will never use them again gave them 2 star only because of the packaging. Also i felt i did recieve a fair amount of meat for the 2 deer i dropped off.

I'll start off with sayin they came highly recommended and that I took my sons 1st buck here this yr and they did a good job. Now sense I have taken 3 more deer there sense,the 2nd deer was done to a good standard but seemed a lil short of meat returned. Now me and my friend took his deer(#3) and my biggest buck to date (#4) now dressed weight on my buck was 219.5lbs, returned meat was under 60lbs,my tenderloins were smaller then my sons 2 yr old 8 point. The lady we checked in with told us about the end of the year meat sale from people not pickin up their meat which Now makes sense seemin how much I got returned. Check your order form before leaving as we both expressed we wanted neck roast and shoulder roast and both got neither because she denied roast on our order form so check very well before leaving. I did call and speak with someone and I as well as the lady were very nice she said well they were my best cutter and pa kager and were off so let me talk to them and I'll call you back tomorrow and never recieved a call back,very very poor service,have spent over $500just this year alone and will not return

Absolutely ridiculous. The amount of meat you get back is a insult. I had a 100lbs deer and only got 29 pound of meat back. I only got 1 tenderloin. They pocket some of the meat for sure. The jerky was good. And they don’t really tell you what you’re gonna get. Will not be back again.
