I don't know why but since the new management/owners of this station the quality of service and the quality of their staff has declined.
Hot coffee is rare, I stopped in for a cup tonight and both pots were full, lids off and cold. At least least 3 times a week this happens.
I have asked about it to the crew "working" and have brought it up with management.
Tonight when I complained about the cold coffee the employee smirked and said "Go to the other store and buy your coffee. Oh you can't because we are the only store in town."
Parking lot seldom clean
Garbage overflowing
Store is dingy in the corners
Seldom do they have the items I want
Night time staff (other than the big viking looking guy) are lazy and rude and prefer playing on phones vs working.
Management seems to not care.
I can't wait for a day when a new store comes to town that cares about the community they serve. This store has earned my last $$.

My car likes BP formula, but this place needs technical maintenance. Card reader and pump issues need to get fixed. I was experiencing issues pumping gas at any speed but the absolute slowest I could manage, another customer having same issue two pumps over.

Always terrible customer service, not one of the children working there even care. Very rude and act like customers are a hassle. They had friends come in and go behind the counter and back where the pizza is prepared. Oh and they were so mad I asked for a fresh Italian Cheese Bread (the ones in the warmer are always gross there) that they put onions on it and smashed the box lid down on it. Couldnt even eat it.

Less than amazing. Never seems to open on time during the week- or weekend. Not so friendly attendants. Usually this would never bug me. The fact that's it's right across the road from where I work, is nice, but is never open on time therefore I have to drive 10 minutes out of my way to purchase the same items. I only come here in a pinch.
