Was on my way to Traverse City today, a wet rainy day, and my windshield wiper blade fell off! Stopped in at the Honor location and let the guys know that I think I needed 2 new windshield wipers because one had fallen off and figured I’d go ahead and replace them both. Even though it was raining the young employee went outside to my vehicle and got my wiper blade that had fallen off and brought it inside. Come to find out, it was just a tiny plastic piece inside that had broken and they happened to have several just laying around in a box and replaced it for free! He then lemme know that my wipers were in perfectly good condition and I didn’t need to replace them! I am very grateful for their honesty and integrity and will be shopping there in the future for my automotive needs!

Always a joy to come in and see Scott, Dwayne, Jack and the rest of the staff. Very helpful, knowledgeable and their prices are much more reasonable than anywhere else. They definitely proved over and over to me that it pays to shop local with small and local businesses. Been a customer for many years and will continue to so! Thanks for all the help with my battery today, guys!
