They nicked and mangled a nipple on my elder dog. She didn't need to be shaved, let alone be injured. She was there for a bath and nail trim. They trimmed some of her nails. On each of the 4 paws, they left the center nails alone - long. What?! If you take your dog here you should stay in the store, though that won't really protect your pet pal completely. I'm not sure why she would tell her worker "not now, she's here"! I was the only one there. Just what else were they going to do to my old gal! Since her experience here, I haven't been able to get her in the car to go to the vet, without a major struggle. She is terrified the entire trip. Horrible horrific experience! Gave 1 star just to give the review to warn pet owners that this may not be a good place to have your pet groomed.

Always friendly and professional. Went there with my first special little man and my new boy. Same great service and hospitality as always. I always try and recommend Sue's Grooming to everyone I talk to that has a dog

Was able to clip my crazy anxious pit's nails without suspension or the "noose"This has never been done by any of the groomers in Lansing. I'll never go anywhere else. Bring your animals here!!

I was introduced to Sue’s Grooming back in 2010 by the Vet I took my dog to when I started going it was her and her children back then …. Since then I had moved away and recently relocated back here and of course Sue’s team got my baby together plus the prices are sooo affordable oo how I have missed them ❤️?

Took my dog (beagle mix) there a few times and they got her clean. FYI they do NOT work with cats. Google search will bring it up for cat grooming but they do not.

Poor little Holly doesn't get the point, but she gets treated to some pampering at Sue's anyway. Sue and her staff are always great with our little fuzzy, and she always comes back out happy, energetic and oh so fluffy!
