From the second we walked in we were treated like an inconvenience. The website said it would take 10-15 minutes per child to open an account. We got there just before noon. Before even being welcomed we were simply told "it would have to be expedited" because they close at 1pm. Never walking into this branch again. We still like their program for kids' savings, so we'll just go to a different branch.

Do not like the new sign-in area. I had to wait 15 minutes to hand you my cash. Most employees there had nobody in their office and couldn't be bothered from their computers to come up and help until I had to ask when someone was going to help me. The service and how fast inquiries are handled are subpar in comparison to other credit unions in the area. As a MSU alumni, it is disheartening how things are getting handled. This is seriously making me consider using other banks.

This credit union is clean and efficient. They have many offers and coupons plus low-interest rates.

This is the best credit union in the area. With many branches throughout mid-Michigan it is hard to beat the location and service. The CSRs are always helpful and happy. The Holt branch is LEED certified. Eco-awesome!

I came in today for my first time at this branch to refinance a loan. I got lucky enough to have Matt as my rep who helped me through the process. He went ABOVE and beyond my expectations to explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and did an amazing job at helping me! I'm not sure ill go to any other MSUFCU branches! 10/10 recommend this branch and request Matt :)This guy deserves a raise!

They are always doing maintenance of there systems so if you have deposit pending check for outages because you won't have access to your direct deposits usually on payday.

I’ve waited at a minimum at times, 20 min. for service. Depositing cks etc.the service is very slow

I'll never need another credit union. MSUFCU is very professional. Their website and phone app are both very user friendly. When it comes to loans, they will give you a chance. They have helped me improve my credit score as well.
