These people are scam artists!
I turned my equipment in back in July and I have documentation proving that and they just Auto debited my account $115 with no notification 4 months after I turned the equipment in because they claim there was unpaid bills from January and March of this year. I asked why I never received a statement saying as such and they said that they had a system issue.
My final statement in July only showed a bill of $23, so if I had a balance owing when I turned my equipment in, why was I notified then? I'm not disputing that I may have had an unpaid claim because insurance took too long to process it. But how can they just debit your account 4 months after you've turned equipment in without even giving you a notification that they're going to do it! Stay away from this company or immediately put a stop payment on auto debits once you've turned equipment in or they'll take your money for bills you've never received months later! BTW - Their useless customer service resentative told me that I should have known the money was still owed because of the exclamation of benefits I received from my insurance company! Who has the time to reconcile their bills based on the explanation of benefits from your insurance company?

Their web payment portal simply doesn’t work. I’ve tried several times to contact them only to be put on hold then disconnected. It is beyond frustrating.

Hours state 830 a.m. As I stand outside at 845 am, attempting to return my equipment and office personell walk by and do nott open the door, while looking right at me, I call and am told we just got here at 830? I guess my time isn't important and I should give office personnel time to wake up before trying to return this equipment.

My response to your response is: That is a joke! I cannot get ahold of anyone in billing, I am still being billed (twice now) for product I have not received. I am still being billed for a device I OWN! I have filed a complaint with BBB, CHECK THEM OUT everyone, not good! I wish I had seen it before working with this company! I will also be contacting my insurance company AGAIN tomorrow to file a fraud complaint. Customer service is a joke, please do not deal with this place. I would not be placing a review like this if this company was even halfway decent, nor would I openly admit to filing a complaint (feel free to look it up on BBB and the others, not to mention the class action lawsuit for the fraudulent billing) if they would even try to assist me in correcting my bill. They will not receive another dime from me or my insurance company!

As I sit here on hold for over 20 minutes with billing for Lincare I ponder if waiting on hold with the IRS waiting to see if I am going to get audited would be less painful? My words of wisdom to you is... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for you supplies! If i could give them 1/4 star I would. My experience getting my CPAP and the introduction to it was useful and insightful. To tell you the truth ONE office person was helpful and nice and also tried to right my problem with this god-awful company! The short of it was when I needed supplies they himed and hawd, over a month went by and I was excited to get new supplies delivered to my house but... they were all the wrong supplies. Supplies which we never discussed and do not fit me! Finally after lengthy phone calls and time on hold to customer service, I took back all my supplies to the local office for a credit on insurance and my out-of-pocket costs. Well hang on to you knickers! Guess what I received a bill from them to the tune of $287.60! That they say is PAST DUE. FOR WHAT??? Good thing I have in writing the return slip of everything! Well I let you decide, This is just my experience with this so called health care company that could'nt even service the candy at the register of a gas station!!!

Debbie at Lincare is amazing. I had an issue with a nose cushion that was being sent to me in the wrong size. I was leaving for Europe in a couple days and needed the smaller cushion. She helped me out immediately and I am so thankful. This company is very considerate and kind.

I have used Lincare exclusively, as a local health care provider, for the last 10 years. I feel bad for patients who have insurance that mandates they use another service. Melissa, the manager, is very attentive, prompt to respond to new patient orders, as well as help me with general advice. She, and all of her crew there, are very patient oriented, very prompt in getting the patient the supply they need in a very timely manner. I often have a patient tell me the fist call they receive from Lincare comes within minutes of them leaving our office, where the order had just been placed. Lincare has arranged supplies world wide for my patients who travel with Oxygen.

July 2023 I had an oxygen machine delivered by Joe. The customer service was awesome. He was respectful, explained everything, set everything up the way I wanted and did it all with a smile ? Really appreciate that type of customer service. Not only Joe but every other customer service rep I have had the privilege of speaking to has been polite, respectful and helpful. Would recommend Lincare to everyone.

I am most saddened to read all of the negative messages on this site as we have had nothing but incredibly wonderful experiences with this company. The 1st many years hubby was on oxygen, our supplier was out of Sault Ste Marie, Mi., almost two years ago we moved to Jackson, Mi with the office servicing our needs now being out of Holt, Mi and have NEVER had one negative encounter. Customer service is a rough job, delivery too! These folks deal with a variety of personalities, and when people don't feel good, they themselves tend to be short so do take that into consideration and always yourselves, be kind. Donal Burden
