Leaving this review for the lady that takes care of bottle return area! I didn't catch her name but it was during the day and she has glasses and greyish blonde hair! What a FANTASTIC person and keeps that bottle room IMMACULATE!! Best bottle return area ever! Kroger corporate needs to hire this lady to go around and train others! Or even any store! Give that lady a giant raise and keep her happy! She also has one of the most magnificent customer service attitudes! I am so impressed by this that I go to this location (way out of my way) to shop when I need to return bottles! She rocks! I would like to also add that the meat department has drastically improved as well as nearly everything else! Good job to this location!

Horrible!! Cheryl-Lynn was EXTREMELY rude! She had a horrible tone as well as being verbally aggressive! If you want to be pissed off beyond belief come here! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Don't get your prescriptions filled here is you have any kind of allergy. As far as I can tell, only one pharmacist checks your file for drug or substance allergies when she fills your prescriptions. You are very likely to get pills containing the substance you are allergic to.

My wife's purse was stolen tonight. They tried to use it at this store. I called the store and the lady put me on hold and never picked the phone up again. I redialed after about 15min of waiting to have it ring endlessly because they were closed. This is not a coincidence. Thanks for your help.

Called to ask a question. Manager told me she was to busy to assist me. And hung up.

Zero check lanes open, half of the self check closed, line snaking all over the store. 2nd time this week. I'm going to Aldi from now on.

The store is ok. I was browsing one of the Isles and I couldn't find something but this employee named max. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. I had such a hard time understanding where stuff was and max worked with me to find everything I need and he was very patient with me and my wife. Honestly max is a really hard working person I feel like he deserves a little bit of appreciation for his dedication. Thank you max!

Where to start: moldy produce, packaged food (refrigerated and not) past "use by" or "sell by" date, dirty store aisles, trash all over parking lot, no carts available in the store, carts all over the parking lot (not contained in the designated cart corrals), employees loitering and smoking near store entrances, etc. Last week I was there around 5pm and they had only two cashier lanes open (both self scan areas were closed) and the service desk was closed due to lack of adequate staffing. One customer became very angry when he was told the service desk was closed. When he asked to speak to a manager to voice his concerns- he was told by an employee THE MANAGER LEFT AN HOUR AGO!

Went to Kroger last night to get some groceries and recently they added several more u-scan checkouts and only had one register open besides that had to wait longer to checkout. I don't mind using the u-scan registers when I have a couple of items but when I have a cart full would rather go to the regular registers. Not a fan of stores putting in more u-scan registers and forcing people to use them. Great store otherwise.

This review is just for the Kroger gas station where I filled up as we didn't go into the store during this visit. We were just returning from a trip and wanted to tip off the tank before heading home. The price was similar to that of other gas stations in the area but using our Kroger card got us an additional 3¢ off per gallon. The station itself is located in front of the store entrance so it was visible as we pulled into Kroger and accessing the pumps is visually intuitive. There were a couple of open pumps so I was able to immediately pull up to one, swipe my card for the discount, and start filling the tank. The layout makes getting in and out quick and easy. I did notice that the traffic flow allows customers to enter from either direction, which could result in congestion if it were busier!

Kroger's in Holt, is a very popular place to get your groceries at. The people that works at Kroger's are very polite to me and others. The only thing I don't like is the other customers are really rude and pushy when I try to get something in one of the Isles.

The employees smoke area should not be in the front of the store. Also, this area is always filled with carts that catch garbage and grime that isn't ever cleaned up. It isn't a very good first impression of a store that has made such awesome changes on the inside.

Parking can be a pain now that they added a gas station. Great prices and saving money on gas make up for the bad parking.
