***WARNING*** Consumers beware, I have been a long time loyal customer of CVS and at this location, every since the pandemic has hit, this location has went down, I have medical issue, and have called several times, and the people at t his location will not answer the phone, they lie about everything. One time I pulled up to the drive through, and waited for a long time, along with other customers, the man behind me was yelling, I knew something was wrong, I they left me on hold for 32 min, and another time 20min, I called at the customer service number 4 different times, asking them what was wrong, and they finally told me the short staff, and they have floaters, no matter what time of day, they never answer the phone. Once I got to the drive through window, there was 2 girls back behind the window, and they was so confused, please be very careful when using this location, very dangerous.

My auto fill was turned off by store employees. I called on 10/02 to verify my Clonazepem would be ready on 10/03 by 9 am. The representative assured me, I did not need to call to get them refilled, she would handle it. I called 4 times the morning of 10/03 to be waiting on hold for 10 minutes each time, then hung up on. I arrived at the pharmacy at 11:35, I was rudely advised that my prescription was not filled. They told me it would be about 10 minutes. We drove back around to just pick up the prescriptions that were already done and I was going to transfer the other prescription that was still not filled. My children were screaming and we were trying to get out of town for my sons birthday. Jennifer rudely told us to move our vehicle and only released my husband's prescription. After waiting the pharmacist came out and asked us to move again, and I requested my prescriptions that were done, and I would transfer the other. He was rude and completely disregarded my actual request. I then received a text at 12:55 that the Clonazepem was done. They did not release my prescription until 12:02 or come back to the window. There was no one else there or in line. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will transfer all further prescriptions of mine, my family's, and make sure all friends and family are aware of their lack of competency.

wanted to get meds for my cat, can't believe all the crap they put me through, after standing there answering questions for about 30 minuets they tell it'll be another TWO hours, I need the meds , otherwise I'd say stick it where the sun don't shine

After a couple of years I am starting to have problems. The pharmacy staff doesn't know the answer to prescription refill questions and can get curt. Maybe there's a management problem? I'm ready to switch pharmacies.

Best CVS I've been to since moving back to Mi from Oklahoma. I worked for CVS in OK and loved it. It's nice to know that their customer service is still incredible!

Very friendly pharmacists that are happy to answer any questions you may have. I've always had good service at this location and most other CVS locations. I can't say driving to Holt is the most convenient but it has been worth it!
