“Amazing customer service and quality work. We hit a deer with our Jeep Cherokee and suffered massive damage to the front end and drivers side. My wife asked who we would take it to and I said I had very good experience with Mason Auto body before. She called our insurance, took it to Mason Auto Body for a quote and they took over from there. We were scheduled in just a few days later, and they kept us in the loop just often enough so we knew they were working on it. We were able to leave the Enterprise rental right at the shop when it was all done. We were so impressed with the work they did and our Jeep was returned in spotless condition. Great attention to detail! I highly recommend Mason Auto Body for your auto body repair needs!”
“Swab Collision is sthe BEST! In looking up their "lowest" review, there were all 5 stars! I can attest to this. Our car had a loose heat shield that was rattling very loudly. A bolt had suddlenly come off and caused the heat shield to start to flap up and down in a strong wind, as we drove along. We happened to stop in at Swab's and ask them if they could help us. Despite our situation not being collision repair, they very wilingly helped us and the heat shield was secured in a jiffy. Their willingness to help us was a real blessing to us, and their shop and facility was very organized. They refused payment for their help. Our payment to them is to let everyone know how great these people are, and by all of the other great reviews you can believe it!”

“I had the pleasure of dealing with Melissa and Brandon. It was one of the best, if not THE best, experiences I have had with a body shop. To be clear, I did shop around for the estimates and I was forthcoming about that. Brandon, who did my estimate, welcomed it. When I did finish, I went back and questioned him about the services that he was providing and why he wasn't doing certain things. He thoroughly explained why he was choosing the repair route he chose. In that interaction, I had my confidence confirmed. Because he stood by, and defended, his estimate and process. After our conversation, I left my deposit. Here's the thing for me, pretty much the entire time I didn't realize WHO he was, the owner, and he treated me with the utmost respect, never once talking down to me because I am a female.
