If you have high expectations Frank will blow those out of the water. He went above and beyond fixing all sorts of small issues with my car that had nothing to do with why I brought it in. “Swab Collision is sthe BEST! In looking up their "lowest" review, there were all 5 stars! I can attest to this. Our car had a loose heat shield that was rattling very loudly. A bolt had suddlenly come off and caused the heat shield to start to flap up and down in a strong wind, as we drove along. We happened to stop in at Swab's and ask them if they could help us. Despite our situation not being collision repair, they very wilingly helped us and the heat shield was secured in a jiffy. Their willingness to help us was a real blessing to us, and their shop and facility was very organized. They refused payment for their help. Our payment to them is to let everyone know how great these people are, and by all of the other great reviews you can believe it!”

“This was an incredible shop to work with. I had originally taken my car to the dealership to get an estimate for my collision as it was fairly minor, and I was potentially not going to submit an insurance claim. The dealership I have been taking my car to for years for oil changes, tires, etc. refused to look at my car to give me an estimate, even though I would have been taking my car to them for repairs. I ended up contacting Tripp's to see if they could at least give me an estimate even if I was unsure if I would be taking my car to them for repairs. They got me in the same day with no commitments to having repairs done there.
I ended up filing an insurance claim and was able to work with Tripp's for my repairs. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and wanting the best for me and my car. I seriously could not have gotten luckier with going to them. They also covered to cost of my deductible, so after all the repairs I owed nothing! I could not recommend this place enough - they were phenomenal!”
