I don't know why you went out of your way to get way too close to me as you were careening into the block imaging parking lot but I don't think your company would approve. . I know I didn't apprectiate it. Mistakes can happen but this wasn't one. Being malicious used to have consequences. Pedestrians have the right of way.

Apparently we've been scammed. Bought two portable x-ray machines for two different clinics. Neither machine has worked consistently from day one. These are not high volume clinics, less than 20 x-rays per week. More than 15 service calls. Batteries replaced (old batteries left for us to dispose of), software re-installed, detector plate replaced, etc. Still not working and we're informed that it's our fault. Block imaging did offer to extend the service agreement for $1,700/mo. In addition, one of the two machines we purchased was never used because it NEVER WORKED!Lemon law should apply. Looking for legal options to recoup the loss this has caused my practice.

We purchased a DARC from Block Imaging (and sent our existing non-functional DARC to them as part of the swap out service offered) for our GE CT. Unfortunately it was not functional on arrival due to an issue with the scan disc array. We contacted Block and they sent another DARC out. Unfortunately this DARC was not suitable for the CT in question. We contacted Block and the suggestion was made that our engineer open the two DARCs and swap out the components to see if we could get a functioning unit. This was done (at our expense) but was not successful. A third DARC was sent out but this was also not functional on arrival. Our machine has been non-functional for the best part of three months as we were led to believe that Block Imaging could provide the required part. Chad Seelye, VP of Parts has offered a discount on our next purchase from Block Imaging as compensation for the three months down time, the expense of a CT engineer to swap out the non-functional units and establish what is wrong with the supplied parts, to part out two of the components in an attempt to create a functional DARC. This has been a very poor experience. Would not recommend Block Imaging.

I first became a customer of Block Imaging in 2006 and have been thankful for having met them every since. I have bought equipment from them on multiple occasions and also have engaged them to service machines, and they have never let me down. Block is very thorough, very professional, very capable. I have never regretted any transaction involving Block, and on the one occasion involving a brokered equipment purchase where the equipment listed did not match what was delivered, Block worked on a solution until I was completely satisfied.

Block Imaging installed a used mammography unit in a timely manner. Although we ran into some unforseen issues, they found a quick solution and made it right. I was pleased with the excellent service and great communication, from sales staff to engineer. We will definitely reach out for other imaging needs in the future.

Block has been instrumental in helping me and the hospital system I work for. Every time I have had a need for a specialty part or a new to us detector, Block have had it there the next day, ready for install with no issues. One of the easiest ISO's to work with in the world.

Had a wonderful experience with Block Imaging. I'm a physician and have been involved in the acquisition and sale of approximately 15 C-arms. I recently purchased one from Gary at Block Imaging for a very competitive price. He was very fast and responsive getting me pictures of the unit and answering my questions.

Sales pitch was strong, but their commitment to customer service afterwards has been horrific. E-mails unreturned, phone calls unreturned. I purchased a refurbished 9800 unit a few months ago and it had a dangling sensor when delivered, so my first day with the unit I had an error message on the display. I will likely use either Metropolis International or GE themselves for our next c-arm purchase.
